We rented again this summer this beautiful townhouse. We love everything about it. The location is perfect and very accommodating. The owners go all out making their place feel like your home away from home. Thx u for sharing your condo with us. Blessed to be able to share with our family.

The gas grill was NOT cleaned/the self lighting on the grill DID NOT WORK/the backup gas bottle was empty and the gas bottle attached to the grill was 1/2 empty. Water pressure in showers was low These are item I would expect to be very good for the quality rental this property.

The property was all that it promised! Clean, spacious, fantastic private beach and easily accessible…..right off the porch!

Absolutely loved our stay here! First of all, you can’t beat this beach front townhouse on a private beach! The view is stunning! The townhouse is beautiful and everything is clean and updated. Everything you need in the kitchen and beach chairs, toys, floats etc. The owners are fantastic and had great communication! I cannot wait to book our next stay here!

We enjoyed an incredible week of rest and relaxation! The property is in a great location with easy access to anything needed. You can walk out the backdoor to the beautiful and private beach directly on the Gulf. The views from dusk to dawn were incredible. The owners were very prompt with all questions and information before and during the trip. Would highly recommend this property to everyone.

We recently stayed with our 2 adult children, spouse, and 2 dogs. What can I say...the townhouse was amazing! The owners have gone "all out" in making sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, comfy deck chairs, and beach service provided. It was really nice to be able to step out from the porch to the beach and the views were amazing. Also ice maker on bottom level for coolers was a nice touch. I can't think of anything that we could have wanted that wasn't thought of! Great communication during booking and leading up to our stay. Townhouse was clean. Relatively quiet during our stay, which is nice. We would definitely stay here again. Only negative is the parking, and you are well warned in the description. We drove 2 large vehicles (Ford F250 PU Truck and Honda Pilot SUV) and it was a tight fit, so please head their warning. But as stated, they warn you about this numerous times, so this is nothing that should surprise anyone or cause concern, but please do take them seriously. Again, wonderful townhouse and we had a great week! Can't wait to return.

We were so lucky to find this house for a Spring Break group of adults and teenagers. The views are amazing, perfect location and plenty of room for 12 of us. The townhouse is exactly as pictured! Matty was so responsive from the time we booked until the last day. Would definitely recommend to friends and would book again!

We had a wonderful time. Parking was a little confusing but we knew it would be The decor was beautiful. There were a few little cracks in the flooring but nothing horrible. The view was stunning and it was peaceful. The house had everything you could need. If I could afford it we would come back every year.

We loved this beach house. It was so nice being right on the beach with ease of access. I loved the private beach and the beach service. I will definitely be renting from here again.

We had seven adults who stayed for my moms 60th birthday and this house was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and could have fit many more. Everything was super convenient and set up perfectly. You are literally right on the beach so it was perfect to go up and down to the house easily. The private beach and having a beach service that set up 4 chairs and umbrellas was amazing. They have plenty of chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. would definitely stay here again! We were all very happy! And the owners are extremely responsive and great to work with.

This place is beautiful and very well equipped and maintained! I just can't say enough about how nice this place is and the views from the decks. They have everything you might need from sand toys to baby gates already there. It's the perfect place to stay for a family. The owners were awesome at answering any off our needs and always available to us. We will definitely be returning to this home for our next stay in Destin/Miramar Beach!! Our family shared this gorgeous townhouse on the beach. Beautiful accommodations, amenities exceeded our expectations and the extra beach items provided hours of beach entertainment. The owners were very attentive to our needs. Hope to return next time.

The Sand Dollar #2 was incredible! The home was well stocked with everything you could need and the appliances were top of the line. The location, views and beach access was perfect! We had 3 families with a total of 12 people and there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. We had an amazing time. The hosts (Matty & Mark) are SUPER HOSTS! Beautiful home. Hosts are awesome to work with. They are very responsive and get back to you quickly. Well equipped with kitchen equipment such as a blender, instant pot, and ice machine. Gorgeous beachfront. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

This is our third year staying in this condo building but this has been the best experience. The house is stocked with beach chairs/toys etc. the set up for the bedrooms is great as well. They accommodate for children with providing a gate, pack and play and feeding chair which is great and makes travel easy. The decks are a great size and plenty of seating. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be booking again!

What a gorgeous property right on the beach. Everything was extremely comfortable, clean and just outstanding. Matty was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions quickly. We had ages ranging from 1.5 to 90 and I can say that everyone was comfortable and had a blast. We will be back! Thanks for having us!

Everything was great! From the beginning, communication with the owners was great. They provide you with the information you need and when we had a question during our stay, they were quick to respond. The first thing we noticed when entering was the place was super clean! Everything is brand new with the recent remodel and greatly appreciated. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality accessories and had plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. There is a pantry to store all your food and the refrigerator is a great size. Plenty of seating to eat even when you have a large puzzle being worked at one end of the table. We found the beds to be very comfortable and everyone had plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were nice and plenty of towels under the sink. (Some of my adult children didn’t realize that was were the towels were kept.) The decks here are amazing! My husband and I were frequently on the private deck off the master bedroom. It was a perfect way to start and end each day. The views are just amazing! The beach access cannot be beat, you literally walk out the back doors. Included with the house is the beach setup of 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs, twice what the other houses had provided. There is also beach toys, boogie boards, a paddle board, and additional chairs available to use. The lower level outdoor shower and hose made returning from the beach and removing all the sand easier. The parking is tight but that is the way it is every where along the beach. I thought it might be tough pulling out into the street due to traffic but it was never a problem. The location is very convenient to everything we needed and even within walking distance to a great restaurant, ice cream, and shops. Overall, this rental was great, helped make our vacation even better, and we would rent it again in a heartbeat!!

We feel like we found THE place to stay in Destin. The Sand Dollar #2 was amazing! We have a large family with ages in their 20’s to 9 and everyone had a comfortable space to both sleep and get away if they needed to. This condo was masterfully thought out. Each detail contributed to our stay and there isn’t an ounce of wasted space. The down stairs bunk room had large enough beds to accommodate our grown sons and nephews as well as their own bathroom! The small refrigerator and ice machine in that room were completely a bonus! The added bedroom downstairs with a private bathroom was perfect for our teen daughters and all of the outlets have USB chargers for all of the devices…that they barely touched while we visited. Each room is equipped with a smart TV, so if you just need some time to watch your favorite show, you can do that too. The main floor common space had more room than I have in my home for everyone to sit and eat! Eight people at the table and another 6 at the kitchen island! We basically had room to leave board games set up and still sit and eat. Additionally, the kitchen is better equipped than my own at home! They have thought of everything! The oven cooks evenly and perfectly and the special non-stick pans they have made every pancake come out fluffy and golden brown. They even left space for a pantry to put away dry foods while you stay. The upstairs bedrooms both have bathrooms and I can’t say enough about the master. You can shower with a view of the ocean! The master had a nice size closet for the few items we needed to hang up as well as an iron and ironing board that came in really handy. The king size bed was so comfortable and they spared no expense on the quality of the sheets and duvet covers. I didn’t get ONE complaint from anyone about their sleeping accommodations or the beds they were in…in fact I had to pull a few teens out of bed a couple of the days! My youngest daughter stayed upstairs near us and between the ocean waves and the separation of the common floor and the downstairs bathrooms we didn’t hear A THING! They must have some amazing sound attenuation in this place because we didn’t hear the neighbors on either side, or the rowdy kids we brought with us. I can’t say enough about the view. No matter what floor you are on you have the BEST view of the ocean and you are steps from a covered deck with comfortable chairs to sit on. Just a few more steps and you are sitting on the beach in the chairs they

Our family (of all adults)enjoyed spending a week at this beautiful property. We hope to return. We loved being steps away from the beach, and having everything we needed!

The condo is just beautiful. The view is fabulous and having a private beach is awesome. There were seven adults and we had more than enough space. The beds are very comfortable. The condo and kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils. We made great use of the Ninja blender. There is even a beverage cooler and ice machine downstairs. We were provided 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas everyday. There are toys and extra chairs on the lower deck along with shower and hose to rinse off. The condo location was perfect. Two blocks from a great seafood restaurant and very close to others. Shopping is close as well. We would definitely stay again!! And of you choose to stay here we don’t think you will be disappointed!!
