Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The house was spacious and comfortable, and that view can't be beat. The proximity to Cane Bay and several good restaurants was very convenient for us. Our only complaint was that the house seemed a bit run down and could use a deep cleaning beyond what the maid does, especially the outside areas. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this house!

The house is lovely, spacious, and conveniently located. It also is well-equipped. The view from every room is stunning! We enjoyed spending hours on the balcony and unwinding in the spa. The owner and the property manager were very kind, helpful, and great to work with. We’d love to return!

The house was perfect for our needs. The views of the waves crashing over the rocks is spectacular.

House came with EVERYTHING. The views are spectacular. You get both the sunrise and the sunset over the ocean EVERY DAY! The sound of the ocean 24/7 right outside Ray was very helpful and attentive whenever I had questions. There is ac but it’s only in the bedrooms The ocean breezes keep the rest of the house cool. I highly recommend this property to anyone with a family looking for a nice peaceful stay on the island.

This property is great - spacious, airy, well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining, including an extra-large outdoor grill. Watching the starry sky in the night from the porch was an amazing experience. The parking was easy and protected by the gates. One cannot wish for a better home location on the island - ten minute walk from Cane beach and 30 min drive from the the beaches and hiking trails on the east and west coasts of the island. This is an older property, located in very close proximity to (on top of) the sea, so time and the elements have taken a toll on the villa. However, if one can ignore some minor imperfections, this is a very special vacation property, and we highly recommend it.

I will rent this villa again. Private, yet easy to access off main road. Once the gate closes I forgot I wasn’t on a private island. Can’t wait to return. Enjoy your stay and watch for the whales!

Beautiful property located on the ocean overlooking Caribbean sea with spectacular views of St.thomas St.john and the BVI. I found the large living and combined kitchen area a great place for dining. Beds were very comfortable both with the stunning views. Overall I found everything in excellent condition....Thank you very much ...I will be back

I highly recommend renting this home. It sits on the edge of the ocean on about a 25 foot cliff with a gorgeous view of the North Shore and the beautiful turquoise Caribbean ocean. You can hear the waves at night when you sleep which is one of my favorite things that I enjoy when I travel to an island for a beach vacation. We really enjoyed the beautiful home not only the view. The home is very well taken care of. It was also so nice that the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals when we wanted to including extra things in the kitchen they provided to make our stay more enjoyable. The home is very large at about 3500 ft.² And very comfortable . There were only two bedrooms which were upstairs —2 master bedrooms with king beds which were very nice. There Is an upstairs living area that has a couch that made out into a bed however they also provided us with an air bed which we used so the three boys could Sleep in the same room enjoying the air-conditioning in the bedrooms at night. Only the two master bedrooms has air-conditioning but there’s so many windows and sliding doors in the house downstairs that you were able to open the house up that kept the breeze going through the house which was wonderful and so enjoyable and very comfortable. The Location is perfect on the North Shore and the dive shop and the beach is right down the street from you with a good restaurant to enjoy. The only thing I was disappointed in at first was that the pool I thought was going to be a swimming pool which was actually a large hot tub approximately 15 feet long which is a wild guess actually. But we ended up enjoying it at night and used the hot tub which was even better than a pool. If you rent this home you will not be disappointed and I’m sure you will love it just as much as we did. Thank you Ray for providing us with such a wonderful home for us to stay in.

The home was beautiful, with the most breath taking views and wonderful crashing wa especially to calm ones inner self. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful to any and l of our needs. The home lived up to its pictures and description and then some. We had a magnificent time. Feeling so secure and safe in this beautiful gated cliffside home. We adorned the wildlife from the crabs, iguanas, hermit crabs, night heron, and other birds that we would see daily at the home. One was never far from a beach, whether right in Cove Cay 5 minutes away or in Christiansted or Fredriksted about 20min away, one could experience the ocean first hand. But if you wanted just to relax and hear the waves, read a book, or just relax in the sun, then the home was the best not to mention you could cool off in the spa or warm it up for a full spa treatment. We loved it there. It felt like home, and we miss it so. Sara and family
