We had such an AMAZING time staying in this clean, cozy, and very comfortable coastal home. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood in Mount Pleasant close to everything! Kristin was the perfect host with great communication before, during and after our stay. The home was equipped with “everything” we needed during our stay … the beds and linens were perfect and provided a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring the area! Places we recommend to eat in the area are Poe’s Tavern in Sullivan’s Island, Saltwater Cowboy at Shem’s Creek, and in Charleston … Hyman’s Seafood, Poogan’s Porch, 82 Queen and Magnolias. We also recommend the Old South Carriage Company for the Carriage and Harbor Tour … a fantastic way to see the BEST of Charleston! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!!!

Cute, well maintained home perfect for a family. Close to a bunch of restaurants, beaches and downtown Charleston!!

We had a group of 7 that included Grandparents, Parents and Kids/Grandkids. The house was very cute and comfortable for all of us. The location was centrally located between Charleston, Fort Sumter and Isle of Palms. The beach chairs and toys came in handy and the kids enjoyed playing basketball in the driveway. We had such a good time and enjoyed our time at the house.

This was the perfect house and location! They thought of everything, and it was very family friendly! Kristin was so thoughtful and such a wonderful host! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved our stay, beautiful and clean home and a great family friendly neighborhood with a kids playground in the community. Everything was perfect, Kristin has put so much thought and details into making our stay so amazing we didn’t want to leave. Close to all great things Mt. Pleasant has to offer and short 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Traveling with children we’re constantly making meals and snacks and kitchen had everything we needed and more. We also enjoyed the backyard and kids enjoyed the toys. Looking forward to our next stay, thanks so much for sharing this home with us!

We are 3 childhood friends celebrating 55 years of friendship. We’ve been around and are keenly aware sometimes pictures aren’t truly representative of what you get. NOT THE CASE here. Kristin did not forget a single thing! The house could easily accommodate a large family. Fantastic location! Not more than 5 miles from town, the beaches, and attractions! Kristin was extremely responsive. 10 stars from us!

We had the best time! We were in Charleston for a softball tournament at Shipyard. It wasn’t a long drive to the field, and the neighborhood was nice. It was very close to stores and food! The house was amazing and far exceeded our expectations! We spent a lot of time on the back porch and swinging on the front porch. Thank you for a wonderful stay-we will be back!

The host Kristen was extremely communicative and helpful. The property was comfortable, clean and well decorated. It fit 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids) perfectly and the location was ideal- less than 20 mins to either Charleston or Sullivan’s Island. Highly recommend this adorable rental!
