My family had a wonderful time at this well appointed house located in beautiful Carmel. The house had everything we need and space enough for the whole family.

We had a lovely time. Beautiful view and deck. Complementary coffee wine and snacks were nice!!Bedroom and en suite bathroom on the main floor for my older parents. I wish the check in info could have been sent online via VRBO. It would have been easier than driving to the property manager. There is a code to get in so, not sure why this was necessary and it took time from our trip. I know we checked in earlier than 4 but after going through all of that I would have been happier waiting till 4 and just getting the check in info online. The property manager was however very nice and gave me plenty of information. Hope to stay there again one day.

We had a great stay at this property! It was close to downtown Carmel and within 15min on Monterey too. The views at the home were amazing with a ton of decks and larger patios to enjoy the view. The house was well-stocked with lots of towels, blankets, and a few small snacks. There were also oils and spices, as well as plenty of pots/pans to cook with.

Plenty of room to spread out, kitchen well appointed, quality linens, a short hilly walk to town and back. Had one time issue and management was on it. I’d reserve again for our family.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 7, and 2 babies! The house was clean and well stocked! The views were incredible! Communication was great and we were able to check in early which was so nice! We will stay here again!

The house is super clean, nicely decorated, and had all the essentials you will need for your stay! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and downtown Carmel although you will probably still need to drive due to the busy roads to get there without sidewalks. The view of the pacific is amazing and the rooftop with the fire pit was a nice place to gather at night. Overall loved it and would definitely stay here again! Marco was very pleasant to work with and answered questions quickly which I really appreciated! Thank you for hosting us!

Reunion of 5 college friends, Florida ‘69. Gathering spaces so nice and the views so spectacular. Easy drive to Carmel and its restaurants and of course, shoe shops! Private tour of Torhouse (Robinson Jeffers stone house at Carmel Point). Drop in outside dinner at Mission Ranch Inn. Rejuvenating!

The location and views were great. The rain stopped us from relaxing on the roof deck. That and lack of time. Otherwise we would have enjoyed that feature of the property.

The house is gorgeous and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and one infant. There are multiple levels and patios so people can easily spread out and have their own space. Beautiful view of the Carmel Beach and water We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

The house was great for our family! Well equipped and we loved the views especially from the roof top deck. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows on the fire table and viewing some beautiful sunsets. Marco was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time in the area, seen Big Sur, Red Wood trees, whale watching in Monterey, shopping in Carmel By the Sea.
The house was perfect, great mattress, clean, kitchen had everything we needed, great deck patio area , would definitely stay again.

This Carmel property was perfectly described. The house has beautiful distant ocean views. Incredible deck space. Comfortable living areas and bedrooms. Every amenity was provided and appreciated. Coffee, biscotti, shampoo/conditioner, smore supplies, dog towels and duraflames. Highly recommend!

Myself and 3 friends rented the house for our annual business golf tournament at Pebble Beach and Spyglass. The house is perfect - great location, clean, the team were very communicative. We loved the price for the value of the house. View of the ocean is nice to wake up to before heading down for a day of golf. Had some great hangs at the end of the days in the living room and the kitchen catching up from our day on the golf course.
Could not have been better. Would definitely stay here again.

overall the complex was very nice, did not have as much time to spend at house and enjoy all that it had to offer. Would recommend checking plumbing as toilets had back up issues all the time.

We had a wonderful stay. There were wonderful gathering spots within the house and on the decks for both the older adults and the younger adults. We had combo gathering points and separate gathering points that worked out really well. The house was exceptionally clean and well provisioned. The management was very responsive when we had questions. There are stairs so if you have anyone in your group who has mobility challenges, this house would not be a good fit, but if that isn't an issue, this is a wonderful place with great views.

Marco was great to work with. He took the time to explain everything about the house and was available if we needed him. We loved the house and it was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, neighborhood, and great house for a family get together!

This property worked well for our family. Kitchen allowed us to cook large meals and the openness of the dining living room area allowed for large family gatherings.
