The location and Room was great!!

the motel is centrally located in the area that i wanted to spend my time in. the room had been newly remodeled. the breakfast was self serve and it was neat and clean. the fruit was fresh and everything in the kitchen worked as it should.

the newly remodeled bathroom had no ventilation fan. it did have a window that could be opened; however, being on the first floor i did not think it wise to leave it open.

dirty room and facilities, pool dirty and not functioning, hotel outdated and general area and lobby dirty.

Everything was terrible and dirty. This place was the worse ever that i have been and that’s why they took money right away. There was no way to cancel that’s why we stayed. We did not like anything.

The management have to change. Facility was smelling and dirty. They did not replace anything. If we had a chance we would cancel it the second we saw the place.

overpriced and mediocre breakfast

Exceptional location in the center of Carmel, very clean rooms (we rented two-rooms king sweet, room with sofa bed is small, but good for one child or normal size adult), very friendly owner who was at the reception desk, parking; king bed and pillows were comfortable; central heating system (in the summer central air). In the morning the owner showed us several rooms that were already very nicely remodeled.
