This house was amazing in every way, there was nothing about the house or the property we didn’t like. It met our groups needs in every way, plus some. It was so clean and inviting when we arrived. Our group could have stayed there the entire time and been entertained without ever having to leave and go anywhere. It has so many fun activities inside and outside to keep anyone happy. We had a group of 25 and you never felt cramped - the eating area was so accommodating to the group- all the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, there was enough room, plus some for everyone. It’s super close to Silver Dollar City and the strip, yet you’re off the beaten path. Adam was great to work with. We didn’t have any issues, but I’m confident had we have had any our needs would have been met promptly. We would love to return and be able to enjoy the house for more than two nights. I definitely recommend it, your group won’t be disappointed!

This home was perfect for our large group. I loved that there were two stoves, two dishwashers, and a fully furnished kitchen with small appliances and all the dishes one could possibly need. The house was spacious and had enough sleeping areas and bathrooms to keep everyone happy. The VR headset, pool table/ping pong table, shuffle board, card table and numerous TVs kept everyone occupied during our stay. I loved that there was enough dining seating for everyone to have meals together. Access to an indoor and outdoor pool was very convenient. The location was minutes from Branson attractions. Lovely stay!

Everything was excellent except we had a pool issue which was the HOA's problem and nothing the property owner has any control over.

Our family of 25 had the best stay at Good times Chateau! The house truly has numerous entertainment devices, a hot tub, a fire pit, pool table shuffleboard, arcade games, and even children’s toys for the 1,2, and 3 year olds!

We vacation as a family of 15 every Thanksgiving, but this year we had 2 more join. (8 adults, 3 teens, 6 kids under the age of 12). Compared to the various homes we've rented in Florida rather than Branson, this was likely the best set-up. Plus, the location was perfect! Very close and an easy drive to all of the amenities that Branson has to offer. Hi highly recommend this home if you're looking to accommodate a large family. We were able to cook all meals in the home without ever feeling crammed and everyone had the space needed to relax and partake in activities both inside and outside of the home with the recreational facility being right across from the home. We did a lot of research before settling on this home and I'm confident that we made the perfect choice! The house manager, Meredith, was also great help and responsive with a couple technology questions that we had regarding usage. She was quick to resolve the issue by supplying us with a new remote when needed. ** One caution, the fire alarm sensors are very sensitive to temperature/heat of oven. There's an alarm in the kitchen that was triggered from a hot oven being opened, which the fire dept had to come and reset the alarm. We were told it was their 4th visit to the complex that day on Thanksgiving. Take precaution when cooking to avoid setting off an alarm.

We were a leadership team needing a place that could comfortably sleep 12+ adults and allow for some privacy, but that could also facilitate group meetings/discussions. This home definitely allowed for both, and came very well equipped in the kitchen for meal times, AND entertainment during break times. Our hosts very clearly communicated with us via email and texts, would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for our annual family reunion weekend, with 7 families. It couldn’t have been more perfect! This house was designed for large family gatherings and the in the best location, just across the street from the basketball court and swimming pools. You couldn’t ask for more! We all absolutely loved it, even 9 teenagers!

This lovely home with the beautiful view of Table Rock Lake provided the perfect vacation get-away for our large family. Every inch was clean and comfortable. The house has every conceivable amenity throughout including entertainment features galore. There is something for everyone! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

This is an amazing property! We stayed with our large extended family, comprising of 7 different family groups and over 20 people ranging from 70's to 2. Everyone had nothing but postitive things to say and would definitely recommend to others and want to come back to this specific home! The location was perfect with easy access to town and other attractions with pool and playground right across the street! The kitchen, deck and family area where the hot spots with enough room to accommodate our large group during morning coffee on the deck or big family meals grilled up fresh off the deck. We are already looking into next year!

My family and I had such a wonderful time in Adam's beautiful vacation home! Our party consisted of 22 family members ranging in age from 5-81, and each one of us absolutely loved this home! The home was not only beautiful and in a great location, it also provided us with everything we needed....and then some. This home offers a variety of entertainment options for all ages. Our children loved the pool table, video games, toys, etc. The dining area and fully stocked kitchen had more than enough room for our large party to cook and have wonderful meal times together as a family. Thank you Adam for being such a wonderful host!

This place was FANTASTIC! We had 36 people for a family vacation and it was so comfortable and accommodating for EVERYONE! We had ages 1-89 and everyone LOVED it! So much for the kids to do. Close to the pool. Close to the beach. Close to the lake. Close to attractions in town! Would definitely stay again and 10/10 recommend!! Thanks, Adam for such a great place to stay!!

This house really worked for our group of 24. Beautiful easy drives for outings. Safe for our 8 children, even on the high patio. Enjoyed the large dining area & kitchen (several good cooks), which became the main board game & visiting area at night. Some nice electronic games, but ping pong & pickleball were favorites & we all got good night sleeps on comfortable beds & nice linens. Now Branson is really outstanding, first time for many of us. All in our group enjoyed Sight & Sound's presentation of "Jesus" as the best experience of this trip. Even the children rated it higher than Silver Dollar City, the zip lines, hiking, coasters, mini-golf, lake, etc.... which are awesome. Oh, we also enjoyed the Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium up the road in Springfield. Lots of nice people in Branson. Finished with exploring downtown after a nice meal on the river at White River Fish House by Bass Pro followed by the 7 PM water & fire fountain show. Much thanks to our host, the property manager & VRBO for making this another excellent vacation & family reunion.
