This home if the perfect place for a family vacation! It's a short 5 minute walk to the ocean. Right across the street has a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset! Rob was a perfect host! He responds quickly and efficiently. The pool area was out favorite! It's a very large area and our dogs enjoyed running around the yard! This was a perfect vacation! Thank you, Rob!

We had such a great experience. We enjoyed the pool everyday and fire pit at night . The check in process was so easy and anytime we had questions he answered back quick .

Great property, easy walk to the beach. House was cleaned, had towels, toys for the pool, and most convenient a push cart to take items to and from the beach. They even has beach chairs for us to use. We vacation to Pensacola every year, and this was the Best house, and property we have ever stayed at. In addition, we had a small issue with the A/c one afternoon. And it was fixed within an hour or so. The owner was great to deal with, and truely cared about our experience! 5 Stars!

Wonderful property! We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. There were so many added amenities like the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. It was nice not having to pack and travel with those. We will definitely be planning another stay here!

This was our 3rd consecutive year vacationing to Pensacola Beach and 3rd house we’ve tried out. I believe we’ve found the place we will repeatedly come back to! Rob was a fantastic host and his place is wonderful. From the location to house itself and the phenomenal back yard, I’d highly recommend it!

My family and I were visiting our eldest son who is stationed in Pensicola Fl. We chose this house because it had a swimming pool and it was pet friendly. All of the reviews were raving and we felt that our selection had been made for us.
Arriving to the house was easy. Getting in was even easier. Instructions were simple and made available days before we even left our home state. The house was exactly as it was described. My dog instantly fell in love with the back yard.
The owner answered text messages the entire trip. We were never left without an answer to our questions. I see why they have a five star review.
I recommend this home to anyone.

Rob's house was ideal for our stay in Pensacola Beach. It was clean, nicely updated and well equipped for guests. We all really enjoyed the pool and the landscaped yard. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We appreciated the well equpped kitchen and things like usb charging points around the house. The beach (just a 5 minute walk) is spectacular. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! The beach house was amazing, the heated pool was wonderful and the short walk to the beach was perfect!!!! You can see the ocean from the beach house. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family getaway. We had three children (3-5 years) and 4 adults. Easy walk to the beach, back yard was a huge hit with everyone between the heated pool and sand and swings. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our time here.

We LOVED our trip to Pensacola! Check in was a breeze, our dogs absolutely loved the yard and our kids had so much fun in the pool! Despite it being quite chilly outside, the pool was heated enough for us to get in and enjoy some water time! The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We were there with our 3 kids (5,2 and 1) and the house was very kid friendly and toddler safe! We will definitely be back sometime!

House is located very close to beach and bay, excellent neighborhood, safe walking streets, close to shopping, excellent views, comfortable inside, well stocked kitchen, lots of fresh towels, loved the ping pong downstairs. Pool was clean and beautiful. Enjoyed the backyard space and firepit. Pensacola beaches are beautiful! The backyard fencing was excellent for privacy. Rob was quick to answer all questions. Wonderful vacay stay for 5 adults!

Great property! House was super clean and very well taken care of. Rob turned the pool heater on for us everyday and was helpful providing info about the house and area. Our dogs just loved running around in the backyard which is quite large. Quiet neighborhood with access to both the bay and the beach within a short walk. My Mom lives in Pensacola and we like to come down and see her + give her a little vacation on the beach. Worked out perfect!

They stay at this place was amazing. My boys spent so much time in and around the pool. We have been to Pensacola numerous times and this was the #1 house we have stayed at (as rated by my 11 and 7 y/o boys). The owner was receptive and very informative. Evenly alerting us to the city working on power in the neighborhood during our stay. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s place based upon their openness and availability. They even inquired about quality of stay and offered assistance with any needs. This will definitely be a repeat stay for our family. I would recommend it to any and everyone.

We have a family of 7 and the house was big enough for us all. Our favorite space was the outdoor area. We were in the pool everyday and our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter LOVED it!!
The beach was a 10 min walk along a path. This home has plenty of towel, chairs and toys for the beach and pool. Lots of places to eat close by about a 10 min car ride.

Home was listed exactly as stated and was so well at making us feel comfortable. The pool and game room left there no room for bickering for our kids. It is always a big plus for us when we are allowed to bring our four legged kids with us so them having a closed yard to run around in was perfect. The pool was a great bonus for the kids when they did not want to walk to the beach which took us a total of 5 min. The home gave us lots of amenties to make us comfortable (towels, cart for beach, cooking accessories, pool accessories, etc). The home is also close enough to food and shopping but far away to give you privacy to relax without feeling like you are in the middle of all the tourist attractions. Great home overall 5 stars in our books.

Relaxation from start to finish. Great communication with our host, the best pool on Pensacola Beach, easy access to the beach....and the house was amazingly clean. All we wanted was a great place to make memories and it was a win!

We rented this property for our families and for our wedding reception for close friends. It was amazing, we were married in Pensacola Beach 7-1-23 which brought 2 families together to become 1! We are 55 & 60 and this made for a truly magical time! Thank you

This place was absolutely perfect, we loved everything about it . It was like our own lil tropical oasis in the backyard . Swimming pool was great! So pretty . Inside very clean , and cute , beds very comfortable and we had everything we needed . Definitely will try to come back here !

The house had everything you needed for a beach vacation. The outdoor spaces and quick walk to the beach had us content for our stay. The house was also set up with all the essentials to cook meals. Communication with the property manager was quick when we needed something.

This place have it all, it’s a clean house with all you need for a vacations with your family. The owner is very helpful and this place is amazing.

The place was super cute, affordable, close to beach & the host was very responsive & answered me within an hour each time. We were able to check in early which was great! The only suggestion would be that the pool heater be available to turn on on-site instead of having to communicate with the owner.

The property was ideal for our family vacation. We were able to have our dogs join us. Our kids loved bouncing back between the pool and the beach.
The owners were very responsive and provided everything we needed. My son left his favorite swim trunks there and before I even got home, I received a text offering to mail them back to us.
