This location was perfect for all things in Farmington and surrounding locations. The one-story rental was more spacious than expected and the common area made for great family fun. Lets not overlook that your neighbor is The Ice Cream Shoppe! Thanks Tina and Rob

Paid one price and after booking price was lowered and this happened twice. No response from property manager. Only issue.

Basic and served its purpose! Loud location on a main road but for us it was just fine!

We had a very quick stop in Maine to help our daughter move. The location of this rental was perfect, very close to town and a great little breakfast place next-door made our stay low key and low stress. Must give a shout out to the Brick Yard Cafe, amazing breakfast fare- really wonderful. The rental was spotless and very spacious. It is close to a busy road, but the noise WAS NOT an issue. We did not cook, but the kitchen was spotless and there was water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside to the whole stay was air fresheners throughout the house and the shower in the house wasn't great. It's a 'rain' shower that just doesn't get the job done. However, bathroom was spotless. Great value for the money and if I had to make another quick stop I'd for sure rent again.

The house is newly renovated and well appointed. We had lots of room to spread out and a great common area to be together. Overall, we felt that it was a very good value.

This location was perfect for us to enjoy a weekend away and spend time with our son who attends UMF. The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious! There was more than we needed at this great rental. We are all looking forward to renting it again!

My husband and I rented this property to work remotely and visit relatives. It has high speed internet for Zoom meetings and is very comfortable. It is next to a fabulous ice cream shop! We enjoyed our stay in Maine.

we enjoyed our stay. place was clean, well-stocked. owners very responsive, we were challenged with the "smart TV" the owner came over and set it up for us. toilet handle broke and again they were right there to take care of it. it's handy there is an ice cream shop right outside your door. only drawback is it is on a heavily traveled route, so you hear traffic noise but its not bad

Our family stay at this property was remarkable. Very well organized, clean and cozy! We’re very happy to have picked this place. You couldn’t have asked for more. We wish we could have stayed longer. Everything made us feel like if we were home! I certainly would recommend this place!

We absolutely loved this place. The unit is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. 3 bedrooms were perfect for my family of four. Super clean, TVs with streaming apps available, comfortable beds, good size kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, etc., and right next door to a really good diner and an ice cream shop. The owners were really responsive on the app messenger and via direct text message. Everywhere we went in Farmington was 5 minutes or less away, Wilton was just 5-10 minutes away. We are already considering rebooking this spot for next year.

this was hands down the best, most well equipped home away from home i’ve ever stayed at. they had every kitchen utensil you could ask for every kitchen appliance as well. a big spacious kitchen that we cooked plenty of meals in. everything was just so great!! would 100% stay here again. was also located right next to an ice cream store but unfortunately if was closed during the winter but i’d love to come back in the spring/summer and experience a whole different season!

My family and I (who are born and raised in Farmington) have had two incredible stays at Tina’s VRBO. The rental is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever need. Tina is responsive and wonderful to work with. 10/10 - we will be back!

A wonderful visit at a great apartment. Convenient, clean and newly renovated, excellent for a family stay.

We rented this apartment over Thanksgiving weekend. We came to town to see our daughter for the holiday. It was conveniently located to downtown. The rental process was easy and hassle free. The owners were responsive to questions and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is gorgeous. It is newly renovated everywhere. It was sparkling clean and the kitchen is huge. The open concept was great because we never felt stuck in the kitchen cooking all day. It was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our feast. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfy. We will be returning to this unit for sure in the future. There are not a lot of lodging choices in the area and this is perfect for anyone visiting UMF.
