Location, big room, very small tv.

Smokers outside of room on both sides. Grounds keeping and landscaping not done this year. Looks abandoned. Outside needs carpentry and painting.

Clean and comfortable. Wish there were two chairs but there was a table with 2 chairs so made due.

This motel needed a lot of TLC. There were actually people living there who had been displaced from their home.

Keurig machine in the room but no K-cups, ditto in the breakfast room. Breakfast was well set up on Saturday, but not on Sunday - no bananas, cream cheese, Danish - we had to ask for everything. But thanks for the good quality teabags.

Quality of coffee, Only one side of the bed had a table. and lamp.

There’s nothing to like

First I put out the do not disturb sign, I just wanted to spend the day relaxing and this was the day after I had checked in. Shortly afternoon I get a knock on my door and it was house keeping telling me they need to do an inspection…so they come in and I was on the phone, I had to hang up so they could vaccum, they took my towels which I didn’t get to use yet and said they didn’t have any wash cloths and they would bring some back or the night crew.. never got any. i checked out the following day. i later saw a charge of $50 on my card, I messaged the property and I was told that they were informed I took 2 towels, I never stole anything. I informed them that house keeping came and never came back with any wash cloths and they needed to refund my $50. They never did… I’m beyond disgusted with this place, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Very clean and cozy

Breakfast was supposed to be included... So we woke up early and the front desk area was locked with a sign saying they stepped away for a moment. (It was 9AM and you're supposed to check out by 10) We waited about a half hour and nobody arrived. So we called the number so that we could at least check out, and they had a just slip our key through a slot. Definitely not impressed that breakfast was supposed to be included and we didn't receive it.

my key for room 112 did not work and I found this out after putting all my stuff in and the desk person had left for the night…. called every number and had to sleep in my truck untill I got cold enough to break in

Attitude of staff was polite and welcoming

Nothing stands out. It was a good deal less expensive than the chain alternative, but rightly so as it turned out.

These are not complaints, just observations. Older facility in need of upgrades, but not in horrible shape. Lady at the check-in desk was very perfunctory, could not have cared less whether we stayed there or not. She asked if we wanted coffee for the in-room Keurig coffee maker. Yes, please. After a minute she produced one regular pod and one decaf, and said the cupboard was bare. Really? OK … so is there a continental breakfast in the morning? Yes, 8:00a-10:00a. Walls were pretty thin, kind of a noisy evening, but no matter. In the morning, there was cereal and a milk jug … but no bowls. Are there any bowls, please? Somebody rummaged around and found a couple for us. Overall - just didn’t seem like the owners or operators were interested in providing a truly hospitable experience for their guests. Just little things like having enough coffee pods and cereal bowls on hand would have improved our impression. It doesn’t take that much make people (us, at least) happy. A friend we were visiting in the area had warned us, and in retrospect we should have listened.

Nothing. I woke up to no hot water. They said they were having trouble with the hot water again and couldn’t fix it. I ask for a partial refund as I paid $140 and the manager said no refunds.

Room was very modern and updated and comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. Great job to everyone!

Nothing really.. maybe a later check out lol because we like to sleep :) But it was great.
