The cabin is nice, but it does need maintenance. There was dust everywhere, the hot tub water was filthy, and there was a bee nest. Six of us got stung, and one person had to go to urgent care for cellulitis. Additionally, the property listed a grill, which was not working. However, the host was incredibly helpful and addressed all the issues we encountered. He sent someone to clean the hot tub water, remove the bee nest, and provided us with spray to keep the bees away. He also replaced the grill for us. Although the first day was awful, everything improved thanks to Mike’s promptness.

The cabin was nice but common areas were smaller than expected. There wasn’t enough space for our party of 10 to sit & eat in the kitchen/dining area. The loft area upstairs was nice & spacious, the kids hung out there mostly. The game room wasn’t in the best shape…the sofa was broken & worn (which the owner did advise before arrival), the stools were loose (not safe to sit on), noticed a lot of dings/dents on the walls…needs a lot of work down there. Bathroom in the hall needs some work. The shower was difficult to use and shower head needs to be replaced. Wished parking was better, but we knew it was very limited before arrival. Lastly, the outside needs some TLC. Upon arrival, stepping out of our vehicles we almost stepped in dog poop. We really had to watch our step, it was everywhere. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, wished it was a little closer to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, but the cabin worked for what we needed it for & we enjoyed our New Years with family!

The house itself was as pictured. The beds were really comfortable. The owner was quick to respond from the moment we booked the cabin until we left. The place seemed up to date on everything and for it to be up in the mountains the wifi made up for the lack of cell service.

We enjoyed the cabin. It worked well for our family to cook onsite and not to have to eat out. It was a little farther away from town then we expected. Also it wasnt close to pool or fishing. Parking was limited.

Very cozy cabin, my family and I had a great stay! Nothing bad to say about it.

The area was breathtaking, The cabin is beautiful and has lots of space. My family had a few mishaps while we were there but the owner was very fast and responsive to me with coming to a resolution.
