Clean and spacious condo. Condo was as described. Brian responded very quickly with answers to any questions. We will definitely be staying again.

Everything about this place was great. The host was good to us and the place was perfect. the boys we had with us enjoyed the game room. All of us enjoyed the beautiful pools. would recommend this to everyone.

Very clean. Owner very responsive. Beds very comfy. Sheets super soft. Well equipped with things you may need, but didn’t think to bring. Nice pools. Great location. Would definitely recommend to others! 5/5

The property was extremely well kept. The location is perfectly located by a marina and has its own boat slip. We will be back!

Exactly what we wanted! We had a family wedding in the area and needed a place between events. The view was fabulous - the living area for chatting was spacious and the kitchen and bedrooms were spotless. Thank you so much. We will be back again.

Here to scout lake area for possible future purchase. Nice condo, well appointed. Only detraction is very near highway with constant noise factor. Otherwise, convenient to Lake Martin north end, so our objectives were met!!!

Everything was going fine until we got in the elevator to go up. We got stuck for 45 minutes until someone come and got us out. Other than that it Wes a great fishing trip for my husband.

Condo was a great location for boating on the lake. Boat slip made for easy access in and out of boat. Property was very nice and quiet. Located close to Alexander City made for easy trip for supplies. City boat launch was very close and in excellent condition. We had the best boating time on the lake which was not very crowded as I imagine it is during the season. We will be back. Thanks Brain for your hospitality!!!!

The only negatives i could come up with were; 1. Wifi/internet kept dropping, had to keep resetting router/modem. Finally gave up 2. Limited cable tv channels 3. No keurig coffee maker

We so enjoyed our stay. Brian was super helpful and available to answer our questions. It was easy to put the boat in/out. The slip behind the condo was easily accessible. We loved the location of the condo on the lake. We had a lovely boat ride to and from all the fun places that we visited. We will definitely be back!

This Condo was above and beyond. Absolutely anything we could’ve needed was there. Beds were so comfy. And communication with the owner was easy. The ice machine in laundry room was an added bonus❣️ Highly Reccomend❣️

Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality! The condo could not have been better for our family. We had my mom, age 75, my husband and me, and our two children, ages 12 and 8. It was very comfortable and the condo had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Whenever I travel I usually pack extra salt and pepper, towels, dish soap, etc and could not believe that all of this was already prepared for us! We had other family staying in a nearby cabin and it was the perfect location near them - right off 280. It was a quiet condo experience, even on a busy weekend, and overall a lovely trip! Close to grocery store and the property manager/owner was a text away! We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Lake Martin!

Condo was just as described. Very clean and roomy with excellent views of the lake and wet slip for your boat comes with the condo. We would certainly rent this condo again.

If your looking for a nice condo on the lake, this is it!! Very spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The personal ice maker in the laundry room is by far a bonus! This is a very nice property all around.

We really enjoyed having some of our family spend the day out by the pool for my husbands 70 th Birthday! Great grilling area , the condo was very roomy and comfortable, very well stocked with anything you need loved having the ice machine it helped a lot while we were on the boat , great place to dock your boat, thanks for a great stay !

Never used Vrbo before but, everything went smoothly and with this experience, will definitely use again. Been coming to Lake Martin for many years. The Condo we stayed in was the nicest by far. Had a nice view and the private boat slip made it even nicer. Had a great time ☺

Well appointed unit with nice water views from balcony and master bedroom. There was plenty of parking, beautiful secured location, only 30 miles from Auburn University. Will be back and will recommend highly to friends and family looking for a nice quick getaway to Lake Martin.

We took the family here for Spring Break 2022. The weather was chilly and windy, but that didn’t stop the kids from enjoying the pools and kayaking in the lake. The condo is very and clean and comfortable! Owner of the property is very responsive and pleasant. We will definitely be staying again in the future.
