Wonderful house with plenty of space for two families. Beautiful beachfront location and spacious pool. We appreciated the extras including spices and cooking basics. This is one of the few truly handicapped accessible homes on the island and it was perfect for our son with mobility issues. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.and would definitely book again.

This house was perfect for our family of 14. Lots of space to hang together or to have some privacy. Beautiful views of the water from living/dining area and outside patio. Plenty to do on island or spend day at beach/pool. We had pretty much everything we needed…house well stocked with supplies, cooking items, beach towels, etc. It was great having two washers/dryers. A second refrigerator would have been a plus for that many people. We had to buy ice multiple times through the week for drinks and coolers. The big table to accommodate all of us eating together was very nice to have. Loved being right on the beach and having our own walkway to it along with the outside shower for getting sand off. All in all, a wonderful vacation place!

We absolutely loved this property! The house is just as described in listing. We had a blast....even on the rainy day we had. Plenty of table room for board games and cards.
The pool was perfect! I would totally recommend having it heated if you can. Our pup learned real quick how to get to potty area. The house was stocked with everything you need....and then some! I 100% recommend this gorgeous beach home for rental!

Although the weather wasn’t the greatest for the beach, we had a great stay! There were plenty of places for our party of 18 to sleep. We also cooked a big Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was easy to work with. We would go back again.

This property is perfect for multiple families with children. And with the lack of stairs for most of the floor plan, it is great for thise with mobility issues. We were so close to the beach, too. Everyone said all week that this was one of their favorite houses we've stayed at and we have been coming since 1986, so weve stayed at a few. There were some minor issues throughout the week but were promptly fixed.

Without a doubt this was the best family vacation we have taken. The house was perfect, it was so nice to walk out the back door to the beach and jump in the pool to cool off. Everything was provided for by the owners, no need to bring anything but your clothes, everything else is already there. Great time and Great House, would not hesitate to book again.

From the moment we arrived the property was even better than I expected. We spent most of our time at the house and on the beach or in the pool. Restaurants and shopping were in walking distance, and we drove to Apalachicola a couple of times. This is the most accommodating vacation property my family has rented.

There were eight of us with the sole purpose of cruising the Apalachicola River for two days. This place was the perfect way to end the day on the river with a day on the beach. The house was comfortable and well accommodated our group. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet fun getaway.

We had a great time at M'Ocean Approved. The kids loved the heated pool and the proximity to the beach. The dogs loved the fence. Everyone loved the location and the view! The house has a great layout for multiple families...room to spread out, yet room for all to spend time together. We highly recommend!

This home exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed every minute of being right on the water…the bonus was watching the pods of dolphins swim by daily. We even caught a few jumping out of the water as well! It was nice an close to everything and we walked everywhere. This house fit our family perfectly and couldn’t have asked for anything better.

We had 16 people staying in the house which included my wife and I, our oldest daughter and her family, my son and his family, my youngest daughter, and my mother in law. The house was awesome and the location was excellent. We definitely want to rent this house again in the future

The house, location, and town were amazing! The house was clean, well stocked with appliances, dishes, spices, ect. The house was clean with plenty of room. And the location was perfect, right in the beach. We will definitely come back next year and rent this house!

This house is so beautifully decorated and very well stocked with appliances, place settings/glasses, seasonings - well, just anything you could possibly need. Quiet location right on the Gulf and very near to convenience stores (and Webers Donuts!). The cleaning crew were so awesome. They called to let us know we had forgotten something and we quickly went back to pick it up. (Thanks so much!) Communication was amazing and we were even notified that we could arrive an hour sooner than listed. How nice is that?!?!? Fun memories made at this place. Hope to be back. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

From arrival to departure this property was everyrhing my family could've expected. Our only issue was the listing of 7 bedroom. The property was very clean and completely overstocked with anything that was needed. The owner was super friendly and very quick to respond any time I needed her before our trip and upon arrival. We travel yearly and this property quickly became our favorite home away from home. Highly recommend this property to any family!

This house is sooooooo beautiful! Being handicapped and in a wheelchair(myself) this Beach House had everything we needed! Elevator, ramps, wide doors.....it was perfect! And dog friendly! It sits between the Gulf (back side) and Bay (front side), Beautiful views from every window! The decks are amazing! And to top it off there is a pool! So much fun! The manager (Lisa Burns) is AWESOME> She answered everyone of our questions. We will be coming back!

M’Ocean Approved for Families of All Ages!
We spent several days here as a last minute get away. We took two of our grown children as well as our two grandsons (2 and 1). Everything imaginable was provided both inside and out. This was the perfect rental for our extended family!
With almost everything on one level, and easy entry from parking at the front, we will be back with even more extended family who’ve not been able to join us because of limited mobility. Thanks to the owners for providing such an inviting,, accommodating and relaxing space!

Septic tank issues
There is a pretty severe septic backup in the downstairs showers. It was a problem before we arrived, so I’m sure you are aware. Lots of drain water backed up into the showers each day, it was messy.
