Home away from home. Perfect location for all our visits to Channel Islands.

My wife and I stayed at this phone for 6 nights. Perfect location-200 steps from the beach. Area is very quiet-at night you can hear the ocean! The kitchen is fantastic-it has just about every pot or pan or dish or tool you could ever need. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but that’s not a biggee. Off street parking.

We needed a place to stay for the week we needed to deal with the death of a loved one who died in Ventura County. We couldn't find a hotel in the area which could book us for seven days. VRBO saved the day.

The location is great if you like the beach! A quick walk down the street and there you are. There are restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance as well.

My mother stayed here while visiting for the holidays; she said it was the best rental she’s ever stayed in! Exceptionally clean, perfectly equipped with everything she could want, including a fully equipped kitchen, and of course an amazing location. We’ll certainly try to book it for her every time in the future!

This cottage is a wonderful, beach property. It was perfect for my week getaway. Some nice surprising things were that the kitchen was stocked with so many more utensils and kitchenware than other places I’ve stayed. I used the French press instead of the coffeemaker all week. Plenty of extra linens and the place felt safe and secure.
Maxcy was terrific too. Kind and responsive.
I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect
Such a cute beach house for my small family (3 of us). We enjoyed every second of being there especially with how close we were to the beach. It was a few minute walk and we were right there! Space was clean and had great amenities. We were so sad to leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Its close proximity to the beach and quaint and comfortable furnishings made for a nice stay.

Loved the Apartment!
Absolutely loved the apartment! It was very clean and so comfortable. The location was excellent. Neighborhood was quiet. Maxcy was an extremely accommodating host. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
