Everything was as described and we had a great Thanksgiving dinner (with an unexpected double oven.)

Wonderful stay, quiet, easy access. Likely to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay, but soon realized we needed simple items like shampoo, bath soap and more TP, which we hadn’t packed because of flying. It would have been nice to use the advertised gas fire place, but that didn’t work or wasn’t hooked up. Same with sitting on the deck with beautiful view. Broken patio furniture. Dishwasher is hard to close tight enough to get started. Communicated the fireplace issue when we arrived and host didn’t seem interested in helping us. Let them know that one of the bathroom door handles comes off on the inside. Hope they do some repairs before others stay there.

It was a very nice location.

We saw a bear come up on our porch during the stay - SO COOL! we went outside and kept our distance and he just did his thing then left. The cabin has a high chair, pack and play and a gate for the stairs (there are two sets of stairs, but between the gate and family all keeping an eye it worked out really well). Hosts are super friendly and communicate quickly and efficiently. Game room was great, kids loved it. The games actually worked (I feel like it’s hit and miss at hotels and cabins).

great location ! Very quiet and relaxing. We did have some issues with the TV's, but the owner contacted me directly and walked me through fixing the problem. Excellent hosts !!

We had a great time! The cabin was perfect for 5 of us. The views were beautiful. It wasn’t to far up in the mountains and a short drive to Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved the cabin’s location. It was great to have a pond to walk around! We loved being right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Owners were extremely responsive and pleasant! Loved it.

We had a great vacation! The cottage has a great location right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It’s a short drive into either town. The cabin is tucked in a wooded area on the side of a hill, you feel like you are in the mountains without having to drive all the way up one. The community lake is in eyesight and fun for fishing or just walking around it. The views are great from the deck, things were just starting to bloom while we were there. The cottage itself is nice. With four teenage boys, the downstairs offered great space for them to hangout and laugh together and not feel like they were taking over the place. The kitchen is cozy, but well stocked for a group of 7-8. The family room had beautiful views out the back of the house and had a large TV to offer the best of both worlds while relaxing after a day full of playing and hiking. The owners were quick to reply when we asked questions while preparing to get there.

After Christmas, our family headed to the mountains. This cabin was the perfect getaway. It was a GREAT location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was roomy and comfortable. It would be perfect for more than one family. 2 living rooms and a downstairs playroom. Can’t wait to stay again in warmer weather to use the balcony and fire pit!! When a small issue arose, the owner was KIND and QUICK to work to make it right. We will stay here again!

Check in easy, highlight was a Christmas tree in the living room. Fireplace was an essential since temps got into single digits. Owner was available and very helpful

An older cabin but all the benefits of location, amenities, and great hosts. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the quietness and the area.

A little hard to find in the night.

Great location for my family for our 3 day Fall Break getaway. Kiddos loved the lower level with bunk rooms and game room. We arrived during peak fall color and the house felt like we were up in the trees at the top of the hill. The location was very close to Gatlinburg and to the National Park bypass. We wished we could have stayed an extra night or two to enjoy the fire pit and fishing pond, so we'll have to come again another year!!

Property and location were nice. It was stocked with everything we needed. A hot tub would be a great addition. We had an issue with checking in but the owners made it up to us. They went above what was expected. Would definitely stay again.

The cabin was in a great location between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge - not to mention quietly tucked back in its own space. It was the perfect size / room for 4 adults and 3 kids (11,6,3) - they enjoyed the games and we all enjoyed the fire pit… we also enjoyed watching a beautiful bear mosey up to eat acorns … and then try the trash can! The cabin was well stocked and we really appreciated the extra blankets and towels provided.

The beds were comfortable, lots of towels, kitchen utensils, access to wi-fi was great. We were gone a lot so it was a good home base.

Property was in good shape my only suggestion the deck need to be pressure wash the build up of algae is very slippery.. my grandson lost his grip he wasn’t hurt but could of bend. There a lot build up on the deck. . We were very please with the cabin and had wonderful i time . Deborah Heard

The house was perfect for our family and the grandparents. The house was clean and quiet. There was space for everyone (4 adults and 2 kids). We had everything we needed. We suggest the first time you arrive you do so during the day as it is tricky the first time to get to.

The cabin has everything you need for a weekend away. Pros: It's an excellent location as a base camp for all the tourist sites; the pond is lovely, and the media/entertainment set up is great for families. Cons: The kitchen was small and sparsely stocked, and the blankets are thin, and overall there isn't much "polish" when it comes to the smaller interior details. Highly functional, but only moderately comfortable.

This is an older property that could use some updating, but it is in a good location centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Nice cabin,very clean. Enjoyed the wide selection of things to watch on the T.V.( Netflix,Hulu,Disney+,ESPN...)after a long day of running around. Was really glad to have two living rooms so the kids could watch what they wanted or play the video games that was hooked up to the T.V.in the other living room. The cabin is appox a Mile off the main highway(between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg) it's a little tricky to get to the first time,but not bad. Only bad thing that I can think of is make sure you latch the trash can. We watched a bear make one heck of a mess we had to clean up.because I didn't latch it properly. But that was my fault.(My wife will not let me forget it,either) The owners are very nice,and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this cabin.

Our family had a great time! The cabin was nice well stocked. My kids loved the pond and even caught some fish. Great location.

The property was well appointed and extremely clean. You can tell the owners have thought of most everything to keep visitors comfortable. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. It is in a great location (half way between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg) and our children loved the bunk beds, free Disney +, and game room. Definitely would recommend to others.

Great location, great cabin

Photos did not do this listing justice! Downstairs (basement) had two bedrooms, a game room, full bathroom/laundry room. 2nd floor (main level) had two living rooms, kitchen, half bath and dinning table. 3rd floor had a bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. Each space had a tv and the game room even had a stereo and board games to choose from. There were so many windows!! This was a huge bonus when we woke up to snow covering everything. *Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. *More than enough linens for the bathrooms and so many extra throw blankets throughout. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the cabin. It had everything we needed. And loved the proximity to both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Thank you for the getaway!
