Space is set up nice for a group or family. Plenty of thing a to do - games, pool, etc. too cold to swim but pool is pretty. Quiet neighborhood.

Stayed here for a week with five adults and three grandkids. The welcoming package, with special attention to the kids, was greatly appreciated. Best stocked house we have seen, we lacked nothing. All areas of the house were spacious and well decorated. The kitchen may have been the highlight of the interior with its large sit around island and plentiful cupboards. The backyard was the main reason we chose this house over others and it did not disappoint. The heated pool and turf area were enjoyed daily for hours. Also appreciated the availability of the sports equipment in the garage and made use them of most days. All around it was an excellent stay in very neat and well appointed property

Our stay was very comfortable. Modern touches with a very cozy feel. Great for the entire family. We enjoyed all the extras like the pool table and the pool, while having the staples like a well stocked kitchen.

This beautiful home was spacious and inviting. The large open floorplan worked perfect for us and is very well appointed. The home supplied everything needed for our stay (except the groceries) and was well organized. The backyard and pool were private with plenty of seating options and included a cozy outdoor gas fireplace. It was in a great location close to shopping & restaurants. The host was very easy to work with and we look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you Birdsnest West for a great getaway!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Stayed here for five nights in January with the family, four of us in total. From the moment we arrived here we felt at home with the personalized welcome sign and bottle of wine (that is such a nice touch from the owners). Amazing kitchen, very well stocked and plenty of storage space for groceries. Bedrooms are very spacious, beds extremely comfortable, master bedroom bathroom has a large walk-in closet and plenty of storage. Loved having the pool table, again just a nice touch and made for some great family bonding.. Amazing backyard, pool is fantastic, owners have done a great job touching up the backyard. Owners were very responsive to any queries we may have had; they made our stay so easy. The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and location could not be better for Gilbert, short ten-minute drive to the wonderful North Gilbert road and its abundance of restaurants, close to Chandler and its restaurants also, very close to the San Tan Village shopping mall, grocery stores, Target, Costco etc... Very close to the freeways making the likes of Scottsdale and restaurants of Tempe, all within easy reach. Have stayed in VRBO's in several countries, this one was the best !!! Looking forward to staying here again.

The most well appointed property! We did not want for anything. The property owner is extremely responsive to our questions and needs. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. I hope we have the opportunity to relax again at BNW. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

From the friendly personalized welcome sign and goody basket to the quick responses to requests, these are great hosts! And the property is wonderful. The pool and yard were immaculate. The linens are top notch which really adds to the enjoyment of the stay. Everything was so easy and the hosts were very accommodating of our circumstances. Would definitely stay here again.
