Had a wonderful stay for our first time in Palm Springs. This property is just as described. Kitchen is well stocked to cook in. Love the layout as we did have my MIL with us. I walked the waking path everyday and we had a pair of roadrunners come one day. Highly recommend this property and we are talking about coming back next winter.

We really enjoyed spending 4 nights at this property. The house was bright and cheerful and perfect for a family of four with two boys in their twenties. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities. The swimming pull and the spa were perfect to chill after a day's hike at the nearly Joshua Tree National Park. Overall, I would recommend this place highly!

This was just the perfect house for a family getaway. Everything was super super clean and organized when we arrived. The house is beautiful, well-appointed, and has everything you could possibly need, from towels to kitchen items, including TVs in every bedroom. We relaxed by the pool, took our doggy for little walks on the nearby path, played pickleball and golf. The views are stunning. Downtown Palm Springs is a short drive to do some shopping; there are numerous restaurants down the main street. The owners even provide a welcome basket full of goodies and a personal note -- a special touch. A booklet contains clear instructions for how to work everything and even includes restaurant recommendations. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for hosting us!

Sarah was amazing from start to finish and SO THOUGHTFUL, she left us an amazing amenity basket that included toys trucks & a book for our 3-year-old grandson! We'll be back !!!

This home is so cozy, open and airy with beautiful views. It was a perfect place to spend Thanksgiving with friends and family. The entire process was smooth and easy. We hope to make this our annual trip and home for a week every holiday season!

We were worried about the heat in summer but the pool was perfect and the home was stocked with everything you need to stay in and have a nice relaxing weekend. The home was well-maintained and clean! We had a very nice time.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in the Desert Princess Community. We spent most of the time in the backyard pool and jacuzzi, but we did many activities in the community and in the local area. The backyard pool was amazing, especially because it was heated and fairly large. The jacuzzi was also heated and had powerful jets to massage our backs. In addition, the view from the house was amazing! We were able to see the mountains and enjoy the greenbelt between the houses from the pool. The weather was great during our stay, so we were able to do some activities at the community center including walking on trails and spending time at the community center. The community has three golf courses along with a fitness center, racquetball, basketball, Bocce ball, pickleball, and tennis courts. Furthermore, there are many things to do outside of their community. We had choices to go to the Palm Springs Arial Tramway, many hiking places at a nearby Native American Reservation and many other things. Finally, the house itself was large and very clean. There was a TV in every bedroom, including the living room, so were able to watch some TV after wearing ourselves out in the pool. All in all, we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to visit again. We highly recommend this house for some rest and relaxation.

The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean, very nice country club with great amenities and Sarah was very prompt with our emails/ texts.. she is a great host. I highly recommend this house.

We had a great time staying at this rental property. The communication with the host was fantastic. The day before we arrived there was a wind storm which sent a lot of sand/dirt into the pool. We contacted the host and it was cleaned within an hour. Great time. Great place.

The layout is very functional. Everything is in great shape and everything we needed was there. The Mountain View’s are breathtakingly unrivaled. We enjoyed the pool every day. We gave the walking paths much use too. The people in the complex are friendly. It’s a quiet inviting place. We always felt safe and welcomed. We spent the holiday week at Sarah’s property and everything about it was terrific! The space has everything you need and the views of the mountain were epic to wake up to each morning. The kitchen even had everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you so much for the stay!

The property was beautiful, clean, private, and well maintained. It had a spa like quality, and a stunning view, which made for a very relaxing weekend.

Depending on what you are looking for, this place was great. Nice a quiet, which suited our needs. The place was larger than I expected it to be. The kitchen was well suited for cooking instead of going out and the pool and bbq out back were wonderful and worked well. The community was nice and quiet as well. No barking dogs or loud neighbors and I actually like that the people who live there full time keep things in line. The only downside I can say is that getting through the guard gate can sometimes take a bit, if there are new people checking in and there is a back log of people. My wife, friends and I loved the place and I personally want to purchase a place that is similar in size and layout. The host was also quite accommodating leading up to the stay and allowed us to enjoy a worry free mini-vacation over the 4th, away from the big city fireworks.
