We’ve been going to St Augustine every summer with the family for almost 40 years and we only stay at the Coquina. We’ve stayed in many units here over the years but this unit is always very clean, well supplied with easy access. It is updated, beautiful, and cozy inside with a great view of the beach. The Coquina is one of the only condos that have all units facing the water with a short walk to pool and beach. There is a laundry room in the facility and newly redone tennis/pickleball courts. Grounds and pool area are always very nice and clean. Lauren is a great host and responds to any questions quickly. We use VRBO several times and year and she is the best host to-date. Highly recommend this unit.

This condo was clean and the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The view was beautiful. It is very close to ocean and an easy walk down with all of our things.

This was one of the most well equipped vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was thought of and exceptional. Good quality pots and pans, an assortment of spices, comfortable bedding, beautifully decorated and a gorgeous view. I highly recommend!

Spotless, oceanfront unit in the Coquina. Unit is near the end, closer to the ocean, with a great view. Well stocked kitchen. Newer appliances. Great TV.

Condo is great - comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great view, lovely lanai, great beach chairs. Lauren is easy to reach and very responsive. All the essentials for a great vacation are taken care of. Love this particular beach! Have been going to this complex for many years and this is the best experience we’ve ever had with the owner and/or management company. We’ll be back!

Property was very clean and beautifully decorated - the owners have thought of every detail from the coffee station in the kitchen to the toiletries and extra toothbrushes in the bathroom. (Even the toilet paper was the higher end soft stuff, which is rare in rentals.) Owners were very responsive and helpful, and the location is perfect. We love Coquina and Crescent Beach and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

This was our second stay at this property and even better this time! Lauren has provided a home away from home at the condo and is an excellent hostess. Condo is true to pictures and clean, great location, complex is beautiful. The condo provides everything for a fantastic, memorable vacation.

We have stayed at this condo numerous times, but this was the first time in this particular unit. We were very pleased with it. Very nice and well maintained. We plan to return and hope to stay in this unit in the future. The host, Lauren, could not have been easier to work with.

we’ve stayed at this complex seven times now. this unit was at the top of them. very clean. had TONS of extras(drinks, trash bags, paper towels, coffee, storage bags, and even very convenient usb plug ins everywhere which i’ve never seen in any of the 30+ places we’ve stayed) communication was great, we heard from Lauren a few times throughout the process. thank you again!

My favorite part about this place was the view! The beach was beautiful with very few people on it. The kids loved the pool and surprisingly the pool temperature wasn’t bad even for the adults. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we ran into was lack of toilet paper and dish washer pods- so bring some with you.

The location was PERFECT!
The owner was in close contact with us during "Nicole's" approach. We were safe & had flashlights & lanterns during the power outage. ..
& because of this inconvenience we were refunded for the days lost. VERY KIND considering it was not really required. These are the kind of people that make the world a better place!!!

Wife and I needed to unplug for a fall break at the beach. This property met all expectations. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful location. The unit was very clean and had all the necessities for the day to day. Owner Lauren kept in touch throughout the process. We may have to come vacation their in the fall again.

This is a beautiful, comfortable condo in an excellent location. Amazing views, only steps to the beach, with a large pool in a quiet complex. The unit had everything we needed: small appliances, paper products, beach items, 3 TVs. Our week-long stay at the end of September was cut short by Hurricane Ian. Lauren checked in on us upon our arrival and then again as the weather changed. Even though she was out of the country, she quickly arranged a refund for the unused portion of our stay. We hope to come back to this same unit in the future and continue our vacation. This has become our favorite vacation rental.

We have been coming to Coquina for several years. This is the second year in this unit and as always it was a perfect vacation. We hope to visit many years to come. Lauren is the best with communicating and is helpful for any needs. We loved the unit with all the recent upgrades. Can’t wait for next year!

We go to St Augustine every year. This condo was perfect. We felt like we were right in the beach. Everything we needed was there. Communication was excellent with Lauren. Will definitely look at renting from them again in the future.

Exceeded Expectations

Perfect little getaway
Condo was very clean and well furnished. Loved curling up on the balcony with the best ocean view! Condo provided so many extras that I didn’t need to pack, like beach towels and beach chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed when we wanted to cook something up. Really enjoyed our stay here!!!!
