Great location, clean rooms. Parking was good.

No provided beach towels, no extra bath towels, no hair dryer, loud at night because of location.. wouldn’t book again

We loved the location! We walked to all the restaurants for each meal. The only thing we didn’t like was there’s not enough towels and wash clothes. There is a washer and dryer but who wants to spend a vacation day doing laundry??? Take your own. They weren’t listed as an item to bring.

Great place to a vacation!

The location was perfect for being right by everything! My husband and I were able to walk everywhere. And the beach was super close, just across the road. Only thing is I do wish the bedding had been cleaner. There were quite a lot of stains on the quilt and decorative pillows. But other than that it was a cute little space.

Perfect little place to stay for a weekend getaway. It is walking distance to The Hangout and local shops and restaurants. As for the room itself, there definitely could be some improvements. The bathtub is very outdated and as read in previous reviews, it did leak around the edge by the toilet. The air conditioner constantly made loud squeeky noises. The TV barely worked and was turned off when we left the room to come back to it on, playing cartoon network. Luckily we brought an extra blanket because comforter had stains on it and just didn't look clean. Lastly, after taking a shower and walking around the bottom of our feet were black, so certainly the floors are not cleaned properly. Would consider staing again, just a different room.

Power plugs didn’t work in half the room tub leaked had to call maintenance and as I and my boyfriend are in the room with maintenance. We had our belongings such as his wallet and a bank envelope with money in it on the counter where the maintenance guy was working my boyfriend noticed they we left it out and asked me to grab it and I said the bank envelope is not here just the wallet. He then ask the guy if he seen our money and he said no and was quick to be done with the room and not finishing. I did fill a repot with the police but unfortunately cash cannot be traced.

Enjoyed stayed, great location and Mikee's Seafood behind us was delicious!! The Sunliner Diner for bfast was very good and great service!

Great experience

We could only stand 2 nights. I have diabetic neuropathy & my companion has COPD. I texted you as soon as we got their asking if could pay to transfer & you said no. I had expected a small triplex but this was closer to a dorm room.Then we had a wreck & a tropical storm. Worst vacation ever. I talked to somebody before we left on Wednesday & they said they'd call me back but they didn't. Went by the office at 2:30 & it was locked up. Sign said closed. Management at the Hangout called for me & you said your internet was down

Loved the location and cleanliness , only wish there was an ice maker on premises and a stopper for the bathtub.

The location of this is perfect! The the condo itself is clean. The only issue was we could never get the wifi to work. We asked the management about getting it working several times and it never got fixed. . The only time it was an issue was when hangout was packed. It caused there to be no service. We would stay here again! It was a great location for the price!

From the moment we stepped into unit 221 my daughter and I were in love! It was perfect! Clean, tidy, and just the right amount of space. The bed was soft and it was a great surprise to find dishes of various kinds. HIGHLY recommend this unit and the Lucky Bird staff were amazing as well! So kind and friendly! Can't wait to come back!

Cozy studio apartment located right in middle of Gulf Shores main attractions. Condo was clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
