First thing, i want to say is about The house owner. she is supper nice. quick respond. she dont mind to let us early check in. Second, first thing when u open the door is cool house, fresh, clean. thank you

This was a very nice home to stay in with lots of family activities in and around the home to enjoy!

Our stay was fine but just a few negatives. We are in our 80’s and none of the bathrooms have handrails. Our sheets had to be washed before getting into bed as there was blood on one side 3/4 way down. Far too hot to use theater room. Covered patio was nice but some comfy furniture would be good out there. Loved the decor, very tasteful. We would use again but only if handrails were installed. Not suitable for anyone with a disability. Wouldn’t have complained of these things but you did ask!

We had some issues with the air conditioning. The owners worked with us consistently to fix the issue. It was July in the summer so it was hard to get a technician to come out. Overall I would stay here again.

We loved the location of the property in conjunction with everything we wanted to see while in Lakeland. The property was really nice and even better than pictures. My family really enjoyed the movie room and the pool table. The main couch was also very comfortable for our group of 4. Great stay!!!

This home was absolutely delightful, providing ample space for our family of 6. The owner's responsiveness to our communications was exceptional. Despite our late arrival, we smoothly accessed the property thanks to the clear instructions provided. We thoroughly enjoyed playing on the pool table whenever we took a break from the movie room. A generous supply of towels was readily available. Overall, this home had a delightful charm with numerous elegant finishing touches.

The stay was great for everyone. My grandkids enjoyed the outdoor games and my kids loved the pool table and theater room. I would highly recommend staying here!

We came south to catch a couple pre-season baseball games and for that the property worked well. It was close enough to the ballpark to make for an easy visit. All members of our party have stayed at other VRBO properties and we found this to be a fine place, not excellent, but fine. The kitchen is stocked with very basic items so we had to get creative in our cooking. When we arrived there were exactly 4 hangers total in the house, not nearly enough (we purchased 30 and left them behind). The bedrooms were nice and spacious but don't have anything to use as a dresser so clothes sit on chairs or remain in suitcases. We really enjoyed using the pool table. The cornhole set is in the screened in patio area but that area was really sandy and dusty so we didn't use it very much. The property is close to many places we wanted to see; including the Frank Lloyd Wright museum, the Hollis Garden (beautiful).
