The pool was a definite plus. The walk to the beach is more than we liked since we had so many children and so much beach stuff. Two of the TVs did not work but we didn’t spend much time inside. The parking presented a challenge too. No major negatives other than the walk. I would certainly recommend this property!

Great location. Easy access to restaurants, Beach is close. But you have to pay to park. But you can walk if not carrying a lot of items. The saltwater pool is great. So relaxing around the pool and sitting on Balcony. Plenty of room for a group.

The location was great just a short walk to the Beach! House was beautiful the pool was cold but the kids loved it had a wonderful time meeting my family out there to celebrate my 50th bday! The views were gorgeous! The dock perfect for fishing!

Property sits on the Lagoon, with a nice swimming pool, about 1-1/2 blocks from the beach. We had a large group and had plenty of room for everyone. The TV in the bunkbed area wouldn't work without a code (that we didn't have), but the kids were so exhausted from playing all day, they barely noticed. Minor inconveniences were addressed quickly by Management company. Neighbors in connected building were friendly and very helpful for ideas of things to do for all ages.

All pictures not true depiction of property. Dock does not have covered area as in picture. This was disappointing and I was told my someone in the neighborhood that it had been that way for many years.
Several doors would not lock - maybe due to overuse but need to be upgraded. This included both bathrooms and bedrooms.

House slept 12 comfortably!!!!

The location was good for our group, just a short walk to the beach and not a bad drive to all the restaurants and stores in gulf shores. The house was maybe not the best for toddlers/infants due to glass coffee table, mostly glass dishes and lots of stairs. Livingroom could be arranged better for more seating to accommodate more people for a house that sleeps 14. But overall it was pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great! Very spacious rooms. The beach was a short walk, the pool was nice, the neighborhood and walking paths were good too. A few minor items but the property manager took care of them right away. The owners let us stay an extra night, which we really appreciated. We would stay again and recommend this rental.

Great family house!
Plenty of room for a family of 12, each bedroom had a bath either en-suite or next to it. Enjoyed having a swimming pool shared with Paradise East next door, great location, dock to lagoon in backyard, ocean views from front upper stories, we did drive to beach access 10 to carry all beach equipment.

Wonderful home
This home is perfect for a large group. The five bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus additional 4 bunk beds in the bunk area was perfect. Pool issues were addressed same day. It only takes about 6-7 min to walk to the beach. A little more pool area and pier maintenance would make it perfect.

Fabulous house!
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! This house was fabulous! The pool was crystal clean. Short walk to the beach. My grandsons went fishing in the lagoon behind the house. Prompt response to maintenance issues! Only two negatives: the bunk beds are meant for little kids. The bunk bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable for my adult grandsons. Also the master bedroom had a long unshaded window so the room was not completely dark ( this matters to me because I have insomnia). We would stay here again!
