We were here for our grandson’s wedding at Scenic Springs. Perfect location (15 minutes from venue) and great house! Well kept up and large rooms. Lots of room to spread out. Sergio was very responsive!! Highly recommend!
Hint - there are quite a few steps up to the front door so smaller luggage or totes are easier to manage than large ones - especially for us older ones. But manageable!
The only things we found we needed was aluminum foil to cover leftovers and coffee cups. A minimart is just up the street about 5 minutes away (and you don’t have to go back down to the freeway to get there - a plus!!)
Our out of state guests loved how close Bass Pro and the shopping and restaurants were.

Our visit was a celebration of life for my Mother . We had family coming and going over several days and we showed family slides in the wonderful media room. Took family photos in the well lit house . Lots of room for everyone so no one felt like they were all on top of each other. We cooked dinners and played family games and enjoyed our stay very much . The home is in a gated community so it was safe and relaxing.

UTSA Family Graduation Stay
Wow, wow and wow!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From our initial conversation to checking out, Sergio was beyond courteous and was committed to our family having a wonderful stay. The home boasts beautiful decor, comfy bedding, all appliances, a fish water pond and a restful pavilion that sits up high on the property,allowing you to take in the gorgeous view. My parents, children and of course my UTSA graduate felt at home! We will definitely return!! Thanks Sergio for everything!

We were visiting my daughter at UTSA — this house was a perfect location. We had three families and had plenty of space. My only complaint is that we weren’t there longer! The movie room was wonderful for the teens, and plenty of space for the adults to sit and talk. Nice to have multiple king size beds!

Great place to entertain and socialize with friends and family. The media room was incredible!!! 10-15 huge lazy boys to watch the big screen. The kitchen is wide open to the sitting area so great for the “chef” to be part of the conversation. Fantastic master suite with a great setup with the other 4 rooms upstairs. The pergola was nice to chill out for some quiet time.

This was one of the nicest homes me and my work crew have ever stayed. We always like to book very large homes considering that we travel two three times a month and this house did not disappoint! The lay out was perfect the decor was amazing and we all had so so so much room!

We had my adult daughter, my husband and I, and my parents staying at the house. Plenty of room for everyone. Home was clean and ready for visitors. Having a tv in each bedroom was nice when you wanted to escape for a bit of alone time.
