It was under construction and we lost water for a little over an hour as a water line was hit

The bathroom was not very clean the ice maker was broken and one of the elevators was broken

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and polite.

Restaurant hours were limited.

The hotel is as shown in the pictures, the breakfast in the restaurant is good (not included), and it is very close to a lot of key attractions by car

It is quite a long walk through the riverwalk to get to the key locations

the bar next door played loud music after midnight. walls are too thin

It was great location not too far from the Pearl and had a nice patio and outdoor restaurant.

The bed was a bit too firm for me!

Hotel could use some updating. I think for holiday weeks the Hotel should hire a bellman

The location was further walking distance than expected from the main restaurants, shopping and attractions. We had to Uber back and forth each time we wanted to go out.

there was no microwave in the room and the drain in the bath tub was very slow.

The lodging is beautiful, comfortable, and super clean!

The name is deceiving. We were excited to stay on the river walk, but it is a 22 min walk to all the fun on the river, which i dont recommend doing. If you want a quiet stay on riverfront property, this is it. Also, they don't serve breakfast like it is noted, only Monday and Tuesdays. there is a restaurant on the first floor
