House is open and spacious. A bit dated. Had a few SMALL issues (hornet nest on back balcony resulted in a sting for a grandchild, water running through the toilet in master bath, and hand held can opener didn't work when you needed it most. Since there is no A/C a few more cheap box fans would have been nice as well as a new hair dryer). Overall I thought it was not a great value for what it cost.

Property was very nice and had everything we needed. Had a problem with the propane grill on the first day. Within the hour two polite young maintenance guys came out to fix the burners and left a charcoal grill just in case. Thanks to these guys we were able to have our delicious grilled ribeyes. We would stay here again.

This beautiful home has the PERFECT location in Red River. Just a block off the main street, it is a quiet and relaxing location – yet so easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Parking is very easy – even for large vehicles. The view of the main ski lift on the mountain is wonderful. We spent many hours on the porch just enjoying the beautiful weather, listening to the relaxing sound of the aspen trees on the property and watching all the wonderful wildlife visitors – including deer, hummingbirds and beautiful Steller’s Jays. The layout of this home is so open and inviting. The large windows in the living room allow you to enjoy the beautiful views. The casement windows and screen doors throughout the home allow you to let the cool, mountain breezes circulate throughout the house. The primary bedroom’s kiva-style fireplace is gorgeous. The woodwork throughout this home is exceptional and really creates a cozy and authentic feeling in the house. The loft area and two bedrooms upstairs is great for families traveling with children. The house was immaculately clean. Beds and linen were high-quality and comfortable. Internet speed and reliability was more than adequate for multiple streaming devices and remote working. The property management company was very helpful and responsive. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy. This home truly allows you the opportunity to relax and feel at home while still enjoying everything Red River has to offer. We would definitely stay in this home again when returning to Red River!

We love Red River and this was the perfect setting. Close to the shops downtown and yet we had deer in our yard. Everything was provided and we loved it.

We were here in June and didn’t spend time in the cabin during the day, but if you are a hot body temp person like my husband, you may get uncomfortable. This is not a luxury cabin but it was a great home base for us to explore everything Red River has to offer!

They even delivered a little "New Year's Eve" package to us, which was a nice touch. It says that it sleeps 9, but be aware of the bed situation if you plan to bring that many people. There are 3 beds, a pull out sofa, and the loft bed was not fit to sleep on if you ask me. It worked out fine for us, but it would have been tricky with 9. We prefer not to use a the pull out feature of the sofa. So, this would be ideal for 6 people, sharing 3 beds. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would come back and recommend this to others.

Great place to stay with grandkids. close to everything with a very nice view. And cabin was very clean and cute as can be.

We loved staying at the Chalet. The house was perfect for our family of 5 & Resort Realty’s service was exceptional. Their hospitality staff was readily available to assist in whatever we needed at any time -from extra paper towels to borrowing a chili pot🤩.
