This place was perfect! Just as pictured online. Great modern decor throughout the whole place plenty of room in each bedroom for 2 adults. Really liked the kitchen and island to hang around all our food and drinks. Loved the fact that it was downstairs and had the cutest play area for kids in the back. Overall great experience with this stay and definitely will book again when in town!

Book this place last minute to meet up with cousin & his fam from Seattle, we drove all the way from LA and my cousin and his fam got at the house first, and they were so happy that the ac is already turned on and the house feels nice and cool in this heat. The house is so lovely! Love the chic vibe and furniture. Love the white beddings in all the room its very relaxing. The aesthetic of this house is 💯! The only thing tho is the air vent above the stove wasnt very strong. So be careful when you’re cooking, it gets really smokey. Other than that i cant believe i booked this place last minute such a steal ! Thank you Sway! Definetly would come back again!

We only stayed here for 1 night with our kids. The house was clean and worked well for us. Communication with the owner was great!

The property was great! Mr. Sway was amazing at communicating. Our group had business at the State Capitol building and it was a short distance away. I have children at home and wished they were there to enjoy the lovely playground in the backyard and it was baby proofed with outlet covers. I will definitely be staying here again for any business and especially when I am with my family. Thank you Mr. Sway.

My fam and I rented both the downstairs and upstairs unit since we were in town for a graduation. The location of the units were perfect for us since it was walking distance to the auditorium. The downstairs unit has a more open floor plan, which I liked, but both units served our needs. The units were as pictured - nicely decorated, modern, and cute. A bonus was there were tons of mirrors, even full length ones - this was very handy since there is only 1 bathrm per unit :). There was plenty of street parking too. The units are older so being downstairs, I was able to hear my fam members upstairs at times, but it was fine for us. Window a/c units and ceiling fans kept the place cool even in 90 degree heat. Communication w/Sway was easy, and he was quick to respond to questions. Check in and check out processes were easy too. I would recommend these units if you're in need of a place close to downtown. For bigger groups, rent both units :)!

Coworkers staying for a local convention. Easy access within walking distance. Clean.

We were able to rent both the top and bottom unit of this house which resulted in 6 beds in total being available. This level of space in downtown is unavailable at other short term rentals and this price point saved everyone HUNDREDS compared to the hotels around town for this weekend. Thanks so much!

This is the most comfortable and adorable place I’ve ever stayed. The whole place is clean and has amazing touches that make it feel like home. And can I just talk about all the beds please.. so comfortable. We plan to stay again for a future girls weekend.

Recently stayed while in Sacramento on business at the Capitol. Home was neat and tidy, and well stocked. Had some issues with the code upon arrival, Sway was quick to assist!

Place was clean & was nice to have 3 bedrooms. Peppery manger was been responsive and easy to work with. The only downside was the people above did not adhere to any quiet hours.

Absolutely a great place to stay! Would definitely rented again! Very quiet neighbors! Love it!!

We enjoyed our family stay at this Downtown Sacramento location. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The house is also very close to shops and restaurants.

This was a great little space!. Beds were comfy, kitchen was very well appointed and all amenities in bathroom were of excellent quality. We would definately stay again.

My sister, a friend and I traveled to Sacramento for a show at the Convention Center downtown. This rental allowed us to be close enough for very inexpensive Uber lifts but far enough for very peaceful evenings! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Sway was so incredibly responsive and helpful!
