I celebrated my 30th birthday at this amazing home! I cannot express how pleased we all were with the attention to detail that was clearly put into the interior design of the house. From the heated bathroom floors to the presence of an amazing spice set, we had everything we needed to celebrate. The neighborhood is really quiet and you can easily walk to the market or down to Roosevelt Square. My entire group could not stop commenting on the decor and enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. We’d love to book again next time that we’re in Seattle!

When you rent from VRBO, you’re always worried about what you’ve rented. This home will not disappoint. The home was very clean, the backyard well manicured, and the house stocked with any items you might need. Grocery store close and only a few miles from the piers and Pikes Market. Easy check in and check out. Vivian checked on us to see how our stay was and if we needed anything. Cannot say enough good about this place.

We stayed here to celebrate our sister’s graduation from UW. It was in a great location, close to the university. A PCC market was right down the block for food and supplies. The house was immaculate and everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for preparing meals, and there were toys for our kids (8-5 yo). The backyard was an oasis for enjoying a meal. Vivian was available for communication and was prompt to respond. We would definitely stay again!

Rented this property to bring family together and was not disappointed! Beautiful property, central located and super kid friendly. The grand kids were excited and pleased with the toys and books and the adults loved the amenities! I would definitely recommend!

We rented this house for major surgery at UW Heart Center. The house was conveniently located to the hospital, and is great and stocked with everything a house needs. The beds were comfortable and the host was amazing, helpful and very accommodating. We highly recommend this property! Daniel

The house was spotless clean & very well stocked with any kitchen appliance & tools you can think of & quality shampoo, soap, etc. After going out for the day we looked forward to coming “home”. Very nice & quiet neighborhood & we took the owner’s suggestions of shopping at M market & eating at Fremont Bowls & Din Tai Fung. Staying at this house made all the difference in our vacation!

Our stay was superb! The house was impeccable and appointed with anything anyone could need. Freshly remodeled with state of the art fixtures, spotless clean, beautiful yard, a real gem. We had a great experience overall. The entire home is completely redone with a modern, but cozy touch. All of the appliances and features of the house are state of the art. Vivian was incredibly accessible and communicative with everything we needed. The house also came equipt with everything we needed for our toddler, which made things easy since we didn't have to bring or buy things that you normally would. We had a great time and had no issues with our stay. Highly recommend!

Vivian was an amazing host. She was so accommodating, made our stay very comfortable and replied promptly to questions or requests that I had. She was easy to communicate with. Our family had come to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday here. My dad's brother came from Canada and we from California. Seattle was a middle spot. My family enjoyed the modern and to my parents "hi-tech" house with the heated floors and colorful lights in the kitchen. All the little details of amenities were all thoughtfully accessible and convenient. My dad really loved the backyard. He admired all the landscaping. We weren't planning to celebrate his birthday at the house, but we had to take advantage of the beautiful yard and the nice weather. So instead of going out for dinner, which Vivian suggested some places to go, we had a nice birthday dinner in the backyard. There is a lot of room where all of us can gather or at times people can go off and have space for smaller groups with kids running around. The location wasn't too bad, only 20 mins to downtown. University was not too far. There are a couple of grocery stores close by. So everyday we would go out for a little adventure and be happy to make that drive back to our comfy home. Thank you Vivian for helping my dad have a memorable birthday and we all have the best stay here. It's already in the works of coming back again!

I probably can't even truly express how wonderful this property is and how helpful the owners are in the process of renting it. My partner and I decided to have a backyard wedding and this house was perfect for fitting the immediate family in for a long weekend. We were all overwhelmed with the details and thoughtfulness that they have put into the property. I think everyone joked that it was their dream kitchen at some point in the weekend! Everything you could even think of needing is right there. The house itself is lovely and comfortable and fits a family group perfectly. The downstairs living room has a tv and games for the kids while the upstairs living space is extremely comfortable for the adults. At one point we were all piled in the upstairs living room watching a movie together and it was great! All the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are incredible. Again, everything is so well stocked here you really won't believe it. The backyard garden is well established and lovely throughout the day with a back deck to enjoy a peaceful time there. There is a covered area (where we got married!) that normally houses a long table to have outdoor meals. The neighborhood itself is very residential - there were kids selling lemonade down the street one day. But it's also very close to a strip of stores and restaurants and two excellent grocery stores (all walkable). Above all else, the owners went above and beyond to help us get ready for our wedding. They were communicative, patient, and helpful for MONTHS as we asked for measurements or pictures or more info. They were so kind and clearly want all of their guests to feel completely welcome and comfortable. Everyone in the family has agreed that we need to rent the house again for our next get together. Honestly, we never really wanted to leave!

Our family (grandparents, kids, teenage grandkids) spent a long weekend at Vivian's wonderful rental this past weekend. Our priorities when selecting a rental are cleanliness, location, outside space (& laundry lol). This house exceeds on all fronts. The well-laid out home is spacious, very clean and well-supplied with everything anyone could need! The neighborhood is lovely and close to grocery (PCC & Metropolitan Market), I5 and the U district/U Village. We were there during the heat wave so didn't get to spend much time outdoors but the garden and space are beautiful and a great space to hang out. Lastly, Vivian is organized, helpful and flexible - perfect host. We hope to be back soon!

The house was sparkling clean. Everything was well maintained. The host was very responsive to requests. Many thoughtful touches even doughnuts left for breakfast. . Could not ask for better. Location is very good too

The property had the most beautiful backyard. The kitchen was very well appointed stoked with all anyone would need. 2 parks and groceries a block away.

I can't say enough positives about this property. We rented this house for my daughter's graduation from UW. The house is so incredible - comfortable, lovely furnishings, great beds and linens, bathrooms with amazing showers. The backyard is an oasis of privacy including a great deck with couch and chaises and a dining table under cover from any rain. The kitchen is beyond words and had everything you could need. There was also a great coffee/tea set up. The owner left us a yummy apple pie that was much appreciated. The driveway has room for a car and there is plenty of on street parking. Safe neighborhood with great walking and restaurants and markets close by. Highly recommend this property!

Pictures do not adequately show how beautiful, comfortable and clean this home is. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one was by far the most considerate and well stocked. The owners have thought of everything. We would recommend 100% and would love to return.

Very well appointed home, great neighborhood, our two teens loved the foosball table and huge TV. Yard is lovely as well.

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this one was the most beautiful of them all. The house is immaculate, simple, clean, high end and modern with an open floor plan and plenty of space to gather. Two living spaces made it perfect for adults and children. We loved the neighborhood and walked to the donut shop and grocery store, which is always a plus! It's also very convenient to UW. The beds are very comfortable and every room had its own thermostat. I loved the bathroom design, the rain shower, and heated floors - very luxurious. Oh and the backyard garden is a mini botanical garden and provided a perfect view to enjoy while drinking morning coffee. Vivian shared several good tips and was on top of any questions I had. We'd love to stay here again.

I have stayed at a LOT of VRBOs and this one really took first place for comfy beds, lovely decor and a super well appointed kitchen. Definitely recommend!

This property is even nicer in person! It is recently renovated with new furnishings and top of the line kitchen (Zwilling, Nespresso, Cuisinart) and bathroom appliances. The location is safe and it is close to great food and shopping -- PCC Market, Grand Central Bakery, Top Pot donuts and University Village. Our families LOVED the house and would love to return when we have another reunion.

Great property... bright, clean, comfortable. Nice indoor/outdoor spaces. Well appointed kitchen. Nicer finishes and amenities throughout. We had a really nice stay.
