Great attention to detail. House was perfect

It didn't have A/C unit(They did had some individual in the closets for us to use, We leave in TN so we are use to have A/C unit all the time😊)but other than that it was, the perfect get away we love and cleanness was perfect it equipped for our get away.

My friends and I agreed that Zuni Tranquillo was the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. Agota and Emanuele provide high-quality ammenities that I've not experienced elsewhere: a beautiful pool, yoga mats, bikes, Nespresso machine, access to Netflix and Disney+, a grill, and the most charming house. Also, the home was incredibly clean. Zuni Tranquillo was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it for families or a friend trip.

We are a local family who were looking to rent a home to do something special for our boy who was turning 16. After we booked and paid we were presented with a secondary contract that had to be signed prior to being admitted entry. This contract stated only the five people in our immediate family who were listed on the original agreement would be allowed in the home. No exceptions at any time - guests not allowed whatsoever. This was a first for us as we have rented many homes across all sites. We immediately contacted the owners, explaining that we had family coming in from out of town to visit and celebrate our child but not sleep over. We explained that this was our sole reason for renting the home and that we would want the secondary contract amended to state that we could be permitted to have our out of town family members visit during the day. When the owners refused to be flexible in this regard we told them that we should probably just cancel this booking and choose another home that would be more suitable to our need. The owners said they would be unwilling to refund us any portion of our money paid and reiterated that we would need to sign their contract in order to get the keys to the house. We contacted VRBO to see if they could intervene and either speak to the owners on our behalf, or help us get into another rental. They were sympathetic, but ultimately said they would be unable to get the owners to flex, or get us into something else. This really put us in a tough place as a weekend at this home set us back thousands and all plans were in place. Difficult to walk away from a total loss over rules that were only introduced after all costs had been paid. Ultimately we decided we had to take the risk and go about our weekend as planned. We were quiet, respectful and clean. Upon vacating we received a request from the owners for an additional $700 to be paid - citing damage that wasn’t caused by us and chastising for violating the secondary contract by having visitors. We moved many items as we had a baby (not child friendly whatsoever) and the cleaning crew came while putting it back in place but started immed. If you are looking for a home that will permit guests this one won’t be it. If you value your privacy, don’t expect to find that here. Kids? Not here. We have a long history of perfect reviews through VRBO and others and suddenly we are inconsiderate, breaking items and messy enough that they need 2 cleanings? Awful.

Cosy bungalow at the north end of Ventura in a mixed residential/ industrial area . The host communicates well and small details have been thought of. - this is a very cared for property, However, it is very small and two bathrooms tiny. There was no sofa but four chairs, four sun loungers and four seats outside and a two person half sized dish washer. The bathrooms and kitchen are tired and fresh paint and rugs don’t hide that. My young adult daughters also found the security cameras at the front door and overlooking the pool (and in the garage) deeply perturbing.. We've normally stayed in Ojai at this price point - it’s a sweet property but, in my view, overpriced.

Was there for work so pretty much just there at night for a few hours, so unfortunately we didn’t get to take full advantage of all the amenities. How’s was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Make sure to get nest pods and not k-cups like we did, made mornings a little rough, but some coffe joints near by.

lovely house and space but struggled to get an uber in in the evening which I think is more of a ventura problem than a location issue.
