Overall a good visit. The unit is a good home base for exploring Birmingham and there are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The very comfortable bed was appreciated each evening. The unit needs new towels and bedspread, a few more coffee cups, and a noise machine or fan. Luckily, we're both in good shape, so we were able to get up from the futon, but it's really pretty low to the floor for us retired folks. 😅 The owner is replacing the television in the living room today but it was out while we were there.

It was a very cozy condo. I really enjoyed staying. The location was perfect and the condo clean. Also communication was great. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

This is a nice unit, in a decent location, but did not realize the center city area was bereft of things to do. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and fix a problem.

Arrived at the location building was nice and clean condo. was nice as well but the furniture was a lil down upgrade and cheap everything was good til I went to bed As I was sleeping the bed fall down

We spent the night celebrating my friends Bach party! Check in was super easy with minimal human contact (++++) close to everything in Birmingham and so pretty!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous condo in a beautiful, renovated building in the historic downtown. Easy walking distance to amazing restaurants. Condo was clean and the property manager, Charles, was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again!

Great stay downtown for a concert. Easy and convenient, only hang up was weekend parking during peak hours was difficult. Still recommend.

I liked this condo. It was nice, pretty clean and accessible. The parking was a little bit confusing but if you park on the side street, it’s all good. The first couple of days we arrived, the elevator was broken so that was not great. One of the residents informed us of the broken elevator. But other than that, it was pretty good. Would I go back? Sure. I would. :)

Fantastic roomy apartment
A really great apartment with high ceilings and lots of sunlight. Well appointed and comfortable. Clean and tidy. Charles is responsive and accommodating even when curveballs get thrown his way. If I need to return to Birmingham, I’ll be back.

Great place to stay in Birmingham. Nice, central location in downtown. Near Railroad Park and Birmingham Barons stadium. Parking right nearby. Will definitely consider on next visit to area.

Great stay & close to BJCC!
My husband and I stayed here to attend a concert at the BJCC and DEFINITELY would do so again! It was about a mile walk to the arena, in case you’re considering that, an UBER or driving your own car over. The condo was very modern, nice and clean! Also, the host sends you very detailed information on your stay and it was easy to get in and out of this location. Thank you!

Beautiful Place & Great Location!
I LOVED this place! It had everything you needed for a short stay or an extended stay. The space is new and modern, with top appliances and a washer/dryer. We just loved the decor and overall vibe. PLUS, it’s in the heart of downtown Birmingham. Our only wish was that the bed was a bit larger, but I think that’s more of a personal issue; my husband is 6’5”, 290lbs so a queen size bed is a bit snug for us, but that still wouldn’t stop us from booking this lovely place again! The host was very kind, accommodating, and responds quickly. We will definitely be booking this spot again in the future!
