The home was a nice size for 9 of us to stay and it was quiet for our sleeping arrangement. We should have been 10 but someone had to cancel so we did not use one room. We enjoyed the back yard and spent evenings out there. The spa was very nice for the one evening we used it. We did not like the couches. They were way too deep to sit comfortably to have conversations. The pillows just didn't work out very well. So we spent our time at the dining table, bar or outside.

Beautiful property with lots of room to enjoy

Lots of fees, the house was not very clean, stains on furniture, couch, chair in downstairs master and dinning table chairs. The throws on the couches had not been cleaned. Going up the stairs BIG red stain on carpet, lots of clumps of black hair upstairs as well. the kitchen knife set all needed to be washed, gross. The cutting boards were nasty, plastic and all had been used to cut meat. On check out you basically have to clean the house before you leave. Load and start dishwasher, start a load of towels, strip the beds take out all trash. I would not say this house was luxury. That`s one reason I wonder why such a high host fee. After all that being said our family did enjoy each others company, the house was big enough. The pool area was nice.

The property was above expectations. Very clean and well set up. We enjoyed the outside space especially. Being a group of nine the space was great. Definitely recommend this rental. Thanks. Can’t wait to return to another of your vacation homes.

This was a great home and very clean. The location was out of the busiest part of the area and was very conveniently located to Sand Hollow and Grocery Stores. We enjoyed both the Community Pool along with the trail behind the home. Great experience and would book again!

Everything was so easy and nice. The rooms were great, everyone thought the beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of space for all of us to hang out together or split off as needed. Literally the only thing that would have been nice would have been black out shades in the bedrooms. The closeness to food, shopping, and the reservoir were perfect. We had a great time!

The home was beautiful, clean, spacious. My family thanked me many times for reserving this house for our vacation.

We stayed over Christmas break and had a great time at this location. The appliances and furniture are all high end and made it feel like we were at a nice resort. It is a very comfortable place to relax in when the weather is too hot/cold to be outside.

We could have not loved our stay anymore than we did! Everything was amazing & the hosts went above and beyond to make it so enjoyable for us! We will be back! ❤🌴😎
