The house was great - with a place for everyone. It was a short easy walk to the beach. And into town for coffee or ice cream.

This is a great place to stay. Only a block away from beaches. The beach is not crowded at all and also safe to walk in beaches at night time. Easy to reach out the property owner and resolve any issues. I would recommend this property for other to stay for family gathering.

The house was beautiful well supply with everything you need and more( the beach supplies). So homely just loved it. The back yard was perfect

The Pink Flamingo was comfortable and perfect for our family gathering. There was plenty of kitchen space and a grill to prepare meals. We loved the open spaces to sit and talk. The courtyard and hot tub was a fun place to hang out. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful. Yes, we all agreed we would love to come back.

My husband and I treated our 4 adult children, their partners, and 3 grandchildren from 2-11 years old with a long weekend stay on this property. It is within walking distance of the beach, stores, and restaurants. There was plenty of space for all of us, including our 4 vehicles. What really impressed me was the amount and variety of toys and games available for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with so many things we might have needed. Carmen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend for large families like ours!

Carmen was so nice and accommodating. The property is so cute, very clean with lots of extras - beach accessories, LOADS of towels, fully stocked kitchen. There were 12 of us in town for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect!

Owners were extremely responsive to our needs. Yard is pretty private but it's not like you can throw a party there, there are neighbors to be respectful of. Within walking distance of a few restaurants and bars. Beach access is 2 blocks away and not crowded. There is even parking there if you need to haul a load to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying there. Thanks.

We loved staying at the Pink Flamingo! Everything is just like the pictures, nice and clean and the home is very well stocked! Our family would definitely stay here any time we are in the area!

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating the bride to be at the Pink Flamingo. The house is open and perfect for a girls' getaway. The host was kind and accommodating. The location is perfect. House was wonderful, especially the second house for the Grandparents. The house was much bigger and family friendly that we thought. It was within walking distance to the beach which was great for the Grandkids. Well done Pink Flamingo

This was our first time to Cocoa Beach and I am so glad we stayed at the Pink Flamingo! Super short walk to a great part of the beach and short walk to great food, drinks and ice cream. We also liked the courtyard. When it was windy it was the perfect spot to log in and work or just soak up some sun. House is very well furnished and hosts were great!

We brought our family (three generations) to Cocoa Beach for a funeral. Stayed for a week to enjoy the area. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING!!! Loved the post-modern “old-Florida” vibe! As a born and raised Floridian, I grew up in the 60’s- so the style held fond memories! The house location is PERFECT, and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. We will be back!!!! Thank you!!!!

Clean, comfortable home in a great location. Short walk to the beach with beach supplies located at the property if needed. Excellent communication with owners. Kitchen well supplied, including water and some extra treats. 🙂 Very comfortable beds and strong showers. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Carmen was the best owner I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The kitchen is chock full of every quality appliance needed and the multiple fridges and large high-end washer/dryer made it so comfortable for our group 11. She thought of everything! The beach toys/chairs/wagon were a real bonus and so is the hot tub! The short walk to the beach multiple times a day really added to the amazing and relaxing experience. No vehicle needed and it was lovely to be a bit removed from the busier pier area of the cocoa beach. Loved it all!!! Thank you Carmen!! Ps golfers will love the friendly and affordable Cocoa Beach Country club just minutes away… :)

Streamlined Process, Professional, & Attentive. The entire home was well stocked and was obvious the attention to detail.

The Pink Flamingo was the most perfect property for our large family after a week at Disney. We wanted a place to wind down and relax and the Pink Flamingo did not disappoint. Each person had plenty of space to unwind and the back Villa was perfect for my parents to have a quieter place away from the kids. The house was stocked with anything that you could have forgot or needed and we appreciated the ability to use the beach supplies/toys as we spent a whole day hanging at the beach and had a blast. The beach was a short walk away and the house itself is in an ideal location to all the things going on in Cocoa Beach. When an issue arose that was out of the owner's control, communication and assistance was spot on and we didn't miss a beat with our stay. My only complaint was that we didn't stay here longer, but know we plan to come back to the Cocoa Beach area and would love to stay at the Pink Flamingo again!

We scheduled a large family getaway with kids and grandkids more than six months in advance and dodged a hurricane by a matter of days. Thankfully, the Pink Flamingo was spared damage and Carmen kept in great contact with us. The rental surpassed our expectations and the host was always at the ready with great recommendations and a smile. It was a trip full of lasting memories. Courtyard was great for reigning in the little ones in a fun environment. Separate quarters gave grandparents a little personal space. Short walk to the beach and ocean was perfect.

This house was perfect in every way. Our family has stayed in VRBO's all over and this one was top on our list. This house is your typical old Florida beach home that has been updated in the inside and has all the amenities and space for a surf getaway. We came with our family, dogs and son with a few of his friends. The back mother in law suite was ideal for me and my husband to have our privacy and keep our two dogs with us. Our space opened up to a fenced in backyard that was a bonus for our four legged family members. The space was fairly basic, but super clean. Great TVs in every room and the little snacks (dog treats included) was such a nice touch. We are already looking to see when we can come back. I highly recommend this for any family or group traveling together.

We have stayed at several different places over the last few years, but this one had to be the best so far. As soon as we we walked in the door, we knew this was the perfect place for our family. From the welcome baskets full of snacks and drinks in the fridge, to the fully stocked rooms with everything you could possibly need. It was the perfect place for a stress free vacation.

This property was perfect for our weekend trip. We were within walking distance to the beach, some of the best restaurants and several shops. The house was very clean and the property managers were very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were joined by two other couples for a beach weekend. The property was perfectly suitable for the three families to have separate space. There was room for additional family members or kids. Pink Flamingo had thought of every detail for our trip. We will do it again!

This was an absolutely amazing place for our family of 13 to stay. Beautifully decorated, clean, and much much more. All the littles the hosts thought of for a beach vacation. Definitely would recommend and hope to come back myself. We felt like home.

It was our first visit to Cocoa Beach and we chose The Pink Flamingo because it looked like it would accommodate a large group comfortably and it did just that. The house is well stocked with everything one may need. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the court yard and relaxing in the hot tub. It was nice to be able to walk to the shops and the restaurants and the beach was also a short walk. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting my family for our annual family vacation.

Everything was perfect! The host has all the little things you don't think of or remember to bring. Very clean and a lot of space. The courtyard is the perfect hang out spot to play games that are already there. We will definitely be back!
