My family and I all agreed that this was the nicest place we have ever stayed! It was very clean and neat. The description is 100% accurate. The owner was extremely helpful and very polite. We will definitely be planning to stay here again!

The place was just as listed, beautiful!! Very clean. Very convenient to the beach. The big pool was nice when we couldn't get in the water at the beach one day. Communication with the host was friendly and quick. Definitely would recommend staying here. And we will be back again!!

My group was attracted to this condo because it had 3 king sized beds and a bathroom for each of the 3 main bedrooms. The condo was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook each meal That is very important to our group, as we are self proclaimed foodies. The common areas were always nice and clean and sweet smelling. We had some communication issues getting into the condo, but I take responsibility for that because I’m not very techno-savy and older. The only real down side is that this unit is on the left side of the building so you could not watch the sunset from your balcony. We just went to the end of hallway on the 6 th floor or down to the pool and beach area. The third bedroom could use a new mattress or a mattress topper for older backs. The other 2 bedrooms had wonderfully comfortable beds. Our group travels together all the time, we would definitely come back to The Blu!

Beautiful property! We had the best vacation !

When we walked in to the unit, we were blown away by the decor and aesthetic, and it flows from room to room throughout the entire unit. We walked outside, and the view of the ocean was spectacular, and the view of the bay was also great from the other bedrooms. The master bed was very comfortable, and the amenities at Blue such as the heated pool really helped make our stay complete. We have to make this a yearly tradition.

Everything was beautiful!!!

This is a beautiful beach front condo on a quiet area of Walton Beach. The views are amazing! We sat on the outdoor balcony and watched dolphins play in the ocean! There is direct beach access from the property to the beach. There are outdoor beach showers. And two pools on the property. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed, including enough toiletries to start our stay, beach chairs, toys, cart, and beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances including a coffee maker (and a small pack of ground), blender, toaster and fryer. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Parking, property rules, access codes were all well explained and properly provided. The beds were very comfortable. The sofas and chairs were very comfortable. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to Publix Supermarket, and restaurants/eateries. Overall, this was a great place to stay. Definitely recommend it!

We chose this beautifully appointed condo as we were 3 families travelling together and it provided 3 Master Bedrooms as well as a bunk room for the teenager travelling with us. The 6th floor location overlooked the ocean with ample seating on the outdoor porch for conversation and or reading. The Condo was very clean and comfortable and the owner very responsive. Perfect place for spending time with family especially our 97yr old mother! This condo was a great find!

This year is our third year renting this amazing property. Each year we are always surprised by the improvements and additions that the owner has made to make this property unforgettable. We really enjoy the pool and lake with the storage room full of toys for the water. We hope to return very soon.

This property is exactly as described!! It. is very well furnished and the beach access is outstanding; just steps to ocean. The view is superb. We had a few problems with the first oven (there are two) and the frig but one call to Shea, the property manager, and the repairman was there the next morning! We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone wanting first class accommodations on the ocean.

This is it. We found it. Blu 600 is a beautiful spacious condo that is exceptionally appointed. The accommodations of all three bedrooms are superb. A small room with bunk beds was a great space for the kids. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is gas which is a big bonus for those who enjoy cooking. And there's also a rice cooker, a crockpot, and an air fryer. Very thoughtful owners. As you would expect the gulf view is excellent. We highly recommend Blu 600.

My wife, daughter and her fiancé stayed 4 nights, weather was too cold to get in the ocean but the hot tub was nice. Beautiful condo complex. Unit had everything you could possibly need. Manager was very quick to respond and had all the codes and directions clearly spelled out to access everything at the condo.

The condo was absolutely perfect. Great location and so very clean. Everything we needed was available.
