Property was basically as advertised. Washer and dryer was mildly hard to access if you park in the driveway, but other than that everything you need in a little vacation house. Close to beach access and local dining. Master bed was clean and comfy and pull out futon was large enough to sleep two kids.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. The bungalow was very clean and perfect for a couple. The location is close to the beach and restaurants. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions.

I appreciated how accommodating Cory was for us. She made this week needed vacation they much better.

Bungalow is small and is perfect for two guests (couples). There is additional space, pull out couches however due to space I would not recommend for more than two people. Location is perfect. We walked across the street to the beach, we walked a few steps to the bay. We walked to restaurants, passed by bike rentals and tattoo shops. Super convenient for walking and biking. Host was a text away. I sent him a text regarding the heating unit and he responded quickly. We found the unit to be clean, the only exception was when we looked in the shower there was hair. It wasn’t a big deal for us, it wasn’t anything that tainted our stay. We turned on the shower to remove the hair and the rest of the home was spotless. We also appreciated the personal items provided which as lotion, sunblock, shower gel and shampoo. The shower gel was amazing so much so that we looked up the brand and ordered some for our home.

Love this little place. We took the paddle boards to the bay for the day, rented boogie boards for the beach and bikes to ride up and down boardwalk. Great locations. We will definately be back.

Very nice great area. Needs Roku or smart tv if only going to offer streaming tv. Would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay and super close to the beach and bay. The house comes with everything you need to cook at home while vacationing, just bring your own food!! My only complaint is the bed needs replaced. There is a body impression pretty bad on one side of the bed but for the price I’ll still give the place 5 stars.

We loved everything about this house. It’s well stocked, with a super comfy bed, great towels and linens. My husband and I barbecued a couple of nights on the patio and enjoyed the sounds of the water. We rented bikes from the shop right up the alley. Enjoyed lunch at the Single Fin across the street. Overall a great location!

The location was excellent. You can have it all, restaurants, shopping, and beach access. One of the cleanest properties I've stayed in yet. I'm a clean freak so i could only give it 4 stars but it had comfy beds, high class pillows, linens, towels, and toiletries provided. It is a tiny and cute little place but large people would be cramped because my skinny family had to shimmy to get by each other in the walking spaces. I would highly recommend this place on Sunset Ct. It was decorated very tasteful too and had the nicest patio. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and boogie boards that were provided. The owner thought of everything..... We'll be back!

The location was perfect- in sight of ocean and of bay. The furnishings were very comfortable. Overall cleanliness, excellent.

Amazing location and the coziest cottage imaginable. All the amenities you need are included. We had a wonderful time choosing between the beach and bay. Beautiful sitting area out back with BBQ. My husband and I recently stayed at Cory’s property The third week of April 2023. It was a beautifully maintained property. It was a small house suitable for a couple or a small family of four… The master bedroom was very tight to move around in… But it was a nice king bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. The little patio was very nice also. You could look down the walk and see the sand at the bay… It was very quick to get there, about one minute. On the other side, heading to the ocean side, it took about 4-5 minutes. You had to cross Mission Boulevard but it was a quick walk. The beach house was located near many good eatery’s and bars. We were able to walk to a couple locations for dinner. We were right down the street about five minutes away from Ralph’s supermarket. We had a bike rental shop at the end of our sidewalk and right across the street also. We always use Ray’s rentals, and that works out very well for us. Cory was very good to communicate with. It was very easy to enter the house, and we never had any trouble with entering or leaving. The front door had one lock that was in need of some repair and we notified Cory of that. We used the barbecue and one side was not working as well as the other so that was another minor issue, which we shared. This is a very well-maintained place, very clean, well decorated and High marks for Cory and we give this beach house 9+ out of 10. We highly recommend this for a Mission Beach stay!

This little bungalow was absolutely perfect for trip to San Diego. The location is unbeatable, being steps away from Mission Bay and just a block away from Mission beach, it is in the heart of everything. Every part of the home was clean and modern. Everything was thought through, from the countless appliances in the kitchen, to the supplied shampoo and conditioner, you had everything you needed here. I can’t recommend this home enough.

They took an old Mission Beach cottage and made it everything it can be. Having lived down the street years ago, I can say it is so hard to keep these older places free of mildew and sand... they do an awesome job! Top notch hosts. Would definitely rent again.

Absolutely loved this home and location. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. Home is cozy, clean, well-furnished with everything we needed. Location is awesome! 1 min to the bay and 2 min to the ocean. Easy walk up the boardwalk to Pacific Beach or down to the end of Mission Beach. Many restaurants nearby. We loved our stay here💙

We’ve stayed in several MB rentals and this by far was one of the best. Nestled in a row of homes that were well maintained. Some are rentals, so it was lively at times. Not huge, but very comfortable with all the necessities. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The location was excellent, seconds to the bay and minutes to the beach. You don’t need a car if you are strictly planning on a beach vacation. We have family in town and we’re able to park two cars in the driveway, which was a big plus. Would definitely stay again!
