Very comfortable. The only thing to make this better is to have a gas bbq grill on the patio. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Host was great with communication.

Everything was good, although the I door fireplace didn’t turn on and we couldn’t get the dishwasher to start either!

Quiet clean roomy

This was a great property to stay at on our trip. We stayed 3 nights and very much enjoyed the home. It was built in 2020 and has been well maintained. We had everything we needed and it was close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Alex was a great host and everything was as advertised. Definitely look to stay here again on our next trip.

We rented this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home for 3 nights. It was spotless and had everything we needed!

We rented for a month and were enjoying our time there, visiting wineries, but a death in the family caused us to miss the last 12 days there.

Fairly new development. Had everything we needed. It was the location that was best for us.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Furniture was all quite cheap but acceptable for a short stay.

This was our first experience with renting a property vs a hotel on one of our bowling tournaments. From the beginning, Alex was highly communicative and responsive to all of our questions/concerns. When we arrived, the house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There was a nice welcome brochure for us as well. All of the bedrooms were plenty big and the living room/dining area was perfect for us to enjoy all together. As were were leaving Sunday morning around 07:30am, we were having trouble with the programmable lock. I texted Alex apologizing for bugging him so early and his immediately called us and helped us navigate the issue with zero problems. He even asked how our stay was and made sure we had everything we need. If we are ever in the Richland area again, we will be using Alex again!

This home was very beautiful, clean & in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is close to restaurants, stores & not too far from the freeways so easy access to everything. The owner is very nice & accommodating plus is always in communication if you need anything. I would highly recommend this home for a visit in the Tri-Cities.

This is one of the best vacation houses I've stayed at! It was the perfect place to stay! It was very clean and quiet. We all had our space to spread out as needed. Very well-stocked, and we had everything we needed (except paper towels, but that doesn't detract from the house.). Would gladly stay here again!

Very clean, quiet neighborhood - close to everything. The owner was very responsive and thoughtful (made sure to shovel and had the house warmed up for our entry on a very cold - snowy day). The fireplace was a great place to watch the College Bowl games and the family loved the shopping only minutes away. Before we pulled from the driveway they were already asking if we could come back next Christmas Break. Very nice stay!

Our holiday travel plans busted and had to cancel. Spoke with the owner and he was super awesome to refund us as we were unable to make it to town. What a top notch guy! Thanks!

Our family (4 adults, 2 kids) stayed here while visiting family in Richland. The kitchen was stocked appropriately, everything was clean and comfortable. The setup was good for a small family or group.
