Stay was for relaxation! Even though the water was turned off a couple of hours 🤔

A beautiful property on the beach. Excellent location. We hope to make it an annual visit when we need salt air and sunshine!

Everything was great, however, master bed was a little uncomfortable.

Beautiful unit with awesome deck and panoramic ocean view. Great sunrise. The unit was clean and had all the essentials. The owner was awesome and helpful with recommendations on restaurants, check in and out questions etc. We will definitely come back!

The condo was just as the pictures show and was well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean. The access to the beach was very convenient. It was a short drive to the historic district which we enjoyed.

This is a great little spot for a getaway. With convenient access to all the great spots and waterfront enjoyment, I will consider returning to this property. Check in / out was easy as well which always helps!

Overall- we had a great stay at this condo. It is the perfect space for a couple’s getaway. The space was stocked with everything you’d need.

My husband and I stayed here and fell in love with this beautiful place. The location was perfect, the views were gorgeous, and the inside was even nicer than the pictures (didn’t know that was possible) Can’t wait to stay here again!

This unit is in a fantastic location right on the beach with private gated access. The large nicely furnished balcony looks directly onto the beach and ocean - great for coffee in the morning or drinks at night. You can hear the sounds of the ocean all day. The inside is also nicely furnished, with a serene and coastal vibe. All the essentials for your stay are provided, and we had a very comfortable and relaxing four night stay. We will definitely rent this unit again when we come back to Fernandina Beach.

Such an ideal property, we couldn’t be happier with our choice! Everything you hope for; clean, exquisite views, great location, and fun beach decor. We used the balcony endlessly, and the host graciously provided covered beach chairs for us to use on the beach. Parking below the property made life so easy and safe. Book with confidence, this is an absolute gem!

We loved staying here! ❤️ The layout works really well, with such a nice, updated interior and all amenities. Parking was always easy and we loved having the immediate access to the beach. Marie was so easy to reach and helpful regarding any questions we had. Thank you ….we will be back!

We had a great stay overall. Property was very clean inside. It is located close enough to restaurants and the more popular spots, but far enough that you easily escape it if you desire. The only negative was the bed in the master was pretty worn as far as the springs go.

This is our second year at Coral Sands! This was a great condo! Coral Sands definitely needs better parking but that’s our only negative!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This place was perfect for us! Waking up to the sunrise on the balcony to exploring Fernandina Beach (Lots of History)! With that said, just some things for others to know before booking…again we had NO problems staying here…just some helpful information… *There is an elevator to use & carts to bring your belongings up to the condo. *The stairs are very short/narrow - the heel of my shoes kept constantly rubbing down the steps when walking down them. Perhaps I was just overly cautious in walking down them. *The walls/floors might be a bit thin - we were out of the condo the majority of the day, but in the evening we could hear people walking/moving around & TVs. It was not while we were sleeping.👍 *No problems with getting a parking place. *There was a coffee maker & a Keurig. The Keurig was in the cabinet. I know the Keurig is not listed under amenities. *There are things that you’ll need to do before leaving - strip all beds and place linens in laundry bag, dishes need to be washed & garbage needs to be taken out. This is not listed & you’ll find out once you have you’ve booked & received your arrival information.

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated/updated. Perfect location, right on the water…you can’t beat it! When we weren’t at the beach or in historic downtown we were on the balcony watching dolphins. It’s also located next to Fort Clinch, which is one of our favorite places to look for shark teeth. Marie was great with communication and quickly responded when we had one minor need. We highly recommend and look forward to returning!

This was our second visit and we loved it just as much as the first. The beach and location cannot be beat. The condo is clean and perfect for our little family.

The condo was decorated so cute I loved the colors. The property and unit were exactly as described. Nice neighborhood. Everything was well stocked. Marie was quick to answer some questions.the views were georgeous. Thank you for making our stay as wonderful as it was! We will be back! Oh and it was very clean.

The property was perfect. Great location and very comfortable. There was a little beach damage from Hurricane Ian, but not as bad as feared. Can't wait to visit again.

The view of the beach was amazing. We loved getting up in the morning having coffee on the deck listening to the ocean. It was beautiful, peaceful, and rejuvenating.

The unit is part of an condo complex that looks a little rundown from the outside. But the unit inside is lovely - very cheerful and well maintained. The view from the really big balcony is amazing!! And the beach is steps away. I would consider booking here again and would recommend this rental.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. All of the appliances were in perfect working order. The WiFi was also functional and reliable. Marie, the property owner, checked in to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. We were very comfortable staying here. The location of this property is excellent. You are literally steps from the beach. The view of the ocean from the balcony of the condo was fantastic. You are a 5-to-7-minute drive to downtown Fernandina Beach which has great restaurants and shops. We ate some amazing meals. Overall, we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!
