Katheryne was very responsive and prompt in her communication, and while this is overall a beautiful and well cared for home, we experienced some shortages. There was a sewage smell coming from the main bathroom during our stay. No laundry detergent was provided, and the amount of soap and paper products stocked was insufficient. Lots of potential here, but a bit more care and attention to detail would provide a significantly better overall guest experience.

We enjoyed this home. It is very large and accommodated our group of 16 easily. It’s a beautiful home in a nice quiet area. FYI, the listing says there are 3 King beds; however there are only 2. The other is a Queen unless they have changed something in the past month.

I rented this house for myself, my groom and our out of town guests for our wedding weekend. It was everything we could have asked for! Not only was it beautiful, but the layout was perfect for the amount of people we had. No one was on top of each other and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The barn was the perfect place to host my wedding reception. Unfortunately, someone opened the barn doors and we received a noise complaint, but once we addressed the issue everything was fine. Kathryn was understanding and a great host and I highly recommend booking with Adventure Homes. My guests didn't want to leave and I'm still dreaming about the master bathroom shower! These memories will last our lifetime. Thank you Kathryn for everything!

Loved the open concept of kitchen, dining and living area. Outdoor area was great for badminton, corn hole and croquet. 3rd generation enjoyed the fire pit. Watched the deer in early morning and evening from the spacious outdoor balcony.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! We have stayed at several VRBO homes and this one by far was one of our favorites! The kitchen was wonderful for a group our size!

This was a wonderful property. It met our needs very well. We actually rented 2 properties from Adventure Homes, across the road from each other. The day started horribly, as the homes were not cleaned at the time of check in, and we had 37 people arriving, from 4 months old to 70 years. Kathryn was able to give us access to a building on one of the properties. The check out procedures were reasonable, and everything worked as advertised.

We used this property to enjoy time with our friends as we got married at Garden of the Gods! We had a get together with all of our friends on the property after the ceremony and it was the perfect setting! On the other nights, the property was perfect to sit by the fire or play yard games. There was something for everyone to do!! Will definitely will recommend the property in the future!

This was one of the best houses we have ever rented. Enough room for our whole extended family and the basement was over the top! The guys camped downstairs playing shuffle board and pool the whole stay! Kathryn was always available and made the whole process amazing! I can’t say enough about this house. We would definitely stay there again if we ever get the chance to come back to Colorado!

First Kathryn was extremely helpful and more than willing to answer any questions we had big or small & very quick to respond. Secondly this property is absolutely stunning, very spacious for 14 people. More than enough beds and plenty of space so everyone wasn’t on top of each other the whole time. The downstairs area is wonderful with the pool table. Both master bedrooms are stunning with tons of space. For a first trip to Colorado I couldn’t have asked for a better host or property to stay at. We will be booking again in the future.

Had a ladies company retreat at bobcat lodge and SO enjoyed our time there. The home is just beautiful and VERY INVITING. There is so much space and the 11 of us had plenty of room and more. We enjoyed the two large great areas and the exceptionally fast wifi. We had no issues even with all of us logged in. The kitchen was so spacious and accomadating, everything we needed to make meals and feel comfortable. Very comfortable beds and bedding, and lots of choices ! The master shower was a treat with three shower heads! Beautiful views and provided the mountain rustic feel while still being close to everything in Colorado Springs. Very quiet neighborhood, peaceful and FUN.. we used the ping pong game and had a dip in the hot tub, Kathryn was wonderful and VERY responsive and quick when we needed anything. Highly recommend this property for a large group.

Excellent property! All accommodations exceeded.

The house was great. Plenty of room for all of our family and lots of space outside as well. The extra tables and chairs in the garage came in very handy for Thanksgiving dinner. And the deer we say almost every day was an added bonus, especially for the younger members of the family.

Great location to relax. Management team has a fast response time.

This place was amazing!

My husband and I had an intimate wedding on the property and it was absolute perfection. The property owners allowed me to view the property ahead of time which made my experience that much better. The property was clean, spacious and I’m definitely renting again for Christmas. Not to mention that we saw so much wildlife that my kids enjoyed!

We had a great time at this house! We had 5 adults and 2 small kids and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for everyone to roam. The house was close to attractions in Colorado Springs, but we still felt away from the town. Our 3 year old especially loved the group of deer that visited the back yard every day. We will absolutely book through this group again.

Thanks to Kathryn, we had another amazing stay at this home/property. We decided to take a COViD “vacation” to take advantage of work/school online. House has plenty of room for our family of 6 to both spread out for work/school while also providing a great environment for fellowship during downtime. Joe and Kathryn always go the extra mile for their guests and I can’t recommend this home (or any of the homes) enough!

We rented this property for our whole wedding party to stay the weekend of our wedding- best decision ever! We had our rehearsal celebration in the barn which is beautifully remodeled. Everyone had a blast and we enjoyed the hot tub, games, comfortable beds, and the wonderful gourmet kitchen. This property and location does not disappoint- I hope I can find an excuse to stay here again!
