We had a pleasant stay at Lee’s home. Location was convenient to everything downtown. The unit is beautiful. Lee is communicative and followed up on all our requests. Will definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful with lots of space inside. The grass in the front yard hadn’t been mowed in a long time. The deck on the back of the house was very dirty with leaves etc. so we didn’t use it. Lee, the host did not return my calls or emails for several days.

Would have been nice to have updated pictures for the outside. Showed an area of fenced yard. We got all concrete.

This is my go to rental every time in San Antonio with a large group. House is always clean and stocked with essentials. There is currently a lot of road construction going on in area which made it difficult to get to house, but again, this one will always be my go to.

Seven of us came to San Antonio from for a birthday weekend. The house was just perfect for allowing both together and private time. The neighborhood was great for getting coffee and breakfast, while The Pearl we a comfortable walk to hit the Farmer's Market. Every place else we Ubered. Thanks for sharing you beautiful place with us!

The home was an absolutely amazing place to stay in San Antonio. The home was spacious and welcoming. The location was great! It was a short Lyft ride to the Riverwalk, The Alamo, and the Market Square. The home is situated in an up and coming neigborhood with great restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The host was gracious and extremely helpful with allowing us to acquire an early and late checkout due to flight changes. We would happily stay her again and recommend anyone visiting San Antonio do the same.

Nice home. Spacious & well kept. Large living room and kitchen area. Perfect for the four couples to sit and chat. Water pressure decent. Beds comfortable, but pillows need replaced. Easy walking distance to a few bars, and eat spots. Small neighborhood grocery very close. Streets are going through some construction, but just a temporary thing. Would stay here again & highly recommend.

The property was very clean and you could tell that several renovations had been made. Our family was very comfortable throughout the stay. I would recommend this property to others.

This home was a great base for 4 of us getting together for a gals’ trip. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and sparkling clean. The neighborhood is in transition but felt very safe. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, and Riverwalk and downtown are a short drive away. The host responded immediately and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home!

My family of 8 adults and 2 children stayed to attend my brother’s wedding nearby. This house is conveniently located to every major attraction nearly downtown San Antonio. There is also a coffee house, taqueria, and other entertainment that’s within walking distance. The house itself was immaculate. It was not only extremely clean but beautifully decorated and very spacious for my big family. All the appliances looked fairly new and very modern. It also had a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The coffee was also included. Any questions I had was answered in a timely manner by the property manager. I would definitely book this house again in the future.

Location is GREAT!very close to many main attractions. Neighborhood is good, lots of cars parked on street day and night but this house has plenty of space in driveway to fit 3-4 cars. The house is spacious and nice,kitchen is equipped with all essentials, beds and sofa are very comfortable. Definitely recommend this property.

This was a very nice house in an older neighborhood. We had plenty of space. A few issues with beds; owner might want look at missing slats, etc. More towel racks would be nice. We loved the kitchen and spacious living room. Overall we enjoyed the experience.

This house is very spacious, clean and has a nice open floor plan. The finishes are nice as well. You can walk to a couple places to eat or have a drink but it is a busy street and some traffic passing through but you don't hear it from the house. Only thing I would say is for the property to have outdoor furniture, pics showed it but didn't have it when I stayed. I would stay again though.

We rented the house as opposed to individual hotel rooms as we are all remote workers and wanted to spend additional time together. As advertised - clean and ready to go. Very spacious.

We needed a 4 bedroom, 3 bath place near downtown and the north side. This place was perfect and spacious. Kitchen island was a gathering spot each morning for coffee and breakfast along with dining room area. Convenient location and we discovered a couple of restaurants just 4 houses down to St Mary’s Street. Tycoon Flats and NOLA are a must as is La Fonda on Main which was there when we were kids. On weekends the clubs tend to be busy and City barricades most of the residential streets in evening allowing only residents through including East Woodlawn. The neighborhood is definitely changing for the better. I can’t stress enough how convenient this location is to sights, the airport and freeways. The house is very quiet so once you’re in for the evening it’s very relaxing! We all grew up in SA and hadn’t been back for 30 years, it was so much fun and this house provided just what we needed!

Overall, this experience was very pleasant. The home was stocked well enough for a comfortable stay. The only downfall was the barricades at the end of the street. When we came home late a couple of nights, we had to move the barricades to go down the street. This would have been good to know prior to our trip so we would know what to expect. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and we were very comfortable.

In the master bedroom the frame on the bed was broken the mattress was on the floor and the bed was not made. I tried communicating with the owner and he would never respond to any of my text messages. We were not pleased with the lack of communication from the owner therefore we give the owner a one star.

Master BR king bed had broken slat. Notified owner first morning, still no response. Entire bed fell at 2:30 this morning. Master shower leaking. Couch in living room had legs removed. Very difficult to get up from. Fenced in yard very small with no grass. Kitchen was well stocked and house was clean. Would not stay here again

The photos don’t do this house justice! The craftsman style home is super clean, has huge bedrooms, and the kitchen overlooks a big family room and dining room- perfect for entertaining. The location is just 3 minutes from The Pearl and Hotel Emma, 10 minutes from downtown and the Riverwalk, 8 minutes to Alamo Heights and the Quarry and 20 minutes from Seaworld. We will definitely recommend this home and stay here again!

The house is as advertised, very close to restaurants and other point of interests. We rented the house to visit with our children who had moved there and their friends and the house served it's purpose. I saw a few complaints from other reviewers about this neighborhood but i think a more accurate description would be it is in a transitional neighborhood. Some of the houses were renovated but some were still in disrepaired. We didn't feel unsafe at anytime but it's not a walkable neighborhood like in the suburb if that's what you are looking for. Overall, we were happy to have rented this house. The kitchen and open concept living room was a great gathering place for a big group.

Places to eat are within walking distance. Lots of space for large groups.

This property is one of the cleanest houses I have ever stayed in through VRBO. It was perfect for our group with ample space to spread out and have privacy, yet open enough to enjoy time together in the kitchen and living room. It was quick to local stores, restaurants and to the stock show grounds. House had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

Easy check in and the house was spotless! Great proximity to bars and restaurants! We’ll be back!

The house was great, very comfortable and location was close to everything we wanted to do. We could be at the River Walk, The Alamo, the Pearl District and shops all within 5 to 10 minutes. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience San Antonio.

The property is as advertised. Newly remodeled, sparkling clean. When you enter the house, the entire front of the home is an open and airy space with the kitchen opening up to the main family room. There was plenty of space for sitting and dining, with a 4-top breakfast table, an 8-seat dining table and 4 barstools at the island. The location was convenient to walk to some great restaurants. Recommended are NOLA for beignets and Tycoon Flats for margaritas. Be aware that the the neighborhood is very transitional - within a half mile are everything from tattoo parlors to Victorian mansions. We didn't feel that it was unsafe, just that the drive up might be surprising.

Was surprised at how spacious the house was- didn’t realize by the pics online…. So that was a great surprise! Furnishings were comfortable, house was very clean, great location.

The check-in process was very easy - received a note with the door code, wi-fi code, address etc. The house has been newly remodeled - very clean and nice spaces. Has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with one of those being a Jack & Jill. Kitchen is large and worked well for cooking and gathering. People can sit at a large dining table, the kitchen island and the breakfast table. Walkable to lots of bars and restaurants - recommend the margaritas at Tycoon Flats! The location is great - 5 minutes to the Pearl, 10 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to downtown. Parking in the street is a little tricky but there is a nice long driveway behind a gate so we were able to park our two cars behind the gate. Check-out process was also very easy. Will look this up again for future visits.
