We loved it just like the pictures the only thing that could’ve made it better was rails to get in and out of the pool. My son is already talking about wanting to go back! The best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

This home is perfect when I come to my hometown. It is close to family members and the pool is definitely wonderful. Celebrated my birthday with my siblings. Gave four stars on cleanliness, because I had to wash a lot of the dishes and found a dish towel in the garbage disposal and a plastic bottle top.

A group of friends stayed here for a private event. The home was perfect, well stocked with everything we needed. The home was immaculate and perfect. the owners were so kind and always responsive. We will be back.

We came for the Thanksgiving weekend To spend time with family, it was the perfect property to do just that. Location is close to everything you need especially out favorite part of LC which is Old Mesilla. The house was clean and well stocked with amenities. Would stay again I’m a heart beat.

Everything was clean, and cool, and comfortable. The back yard had plenty of shade, a pristine pool, and flowers, roses, and honeysuckle everywhere. All in a quiet neighborhood and very close to old Mesilla.

Very clean, spacious, and well stocked
This home was a wonderful location for our visit to Las Cruces. We were within a short drive to the White Sands National Park and thoroughly enjoyed having a private pool and hot tub just for our family. The home was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. The owners were very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The neighborhood is close to many stores and restaurants and is quiet. Definitely recommend!

My family and I enjoyed staying in this house. We loved the flexibility of having a pool and a nicely landscaped property to stay in. Very cozy front courtyard for early morning coffee time with my doggies. Very peaceful and relaxing vibes at this property. The property owners allowing us to bring our dogs was most important to us as we travel with our dogs everywhere. We loved the proximity to Old Mesilla, the Organ Mountains, NMSU, and many other interesting recreation spots nearby. Great restaurants nearby. We will be back!

Beautiful home
The home is beautiful, well kept. This property was rented for a team event. The team had a wonderful time, home had plenty of space and all the amenities they needed. Would highly recommend.

Can't imagine a nicer place to stay
My husband and I stayed in this home for a month, in April,with our dog. All three of us really enjoyed our stay in such a nicely furnished and well-kept place. There was going to be a re-landscaping project after our stay, so it will be even nicer in the future. Monica stayed in touch and cleaned the pool on a regular basis. Plenty of room for 6 people and even 8, if two slept on the sofa bed. Nice neighborhood. We would stay there again if Las Cruces is a destination in our future.

Great experience
As a first time vacation rental user I was somewhat skeptical of what the experience would be like. I am glad my travels took me to Las Cruces and that I came across Monica's property. The house is located in a tranquil area, neighbors are friendly, and it felt as though if we were home. My family enjoyed their stay very much, especially spending time by the pool. We will definitely be going back to Monica's house next year.

Excellant rental and very reasonable price. Stayed 3 days for the March Bataan Death March Memorial Marathon at White Sands. All the amenities were available, house was great for 6 of us and a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to all kinds of stores....food, clothing, basic necesseties for a weekend stay. Espeically like being close to Old Mesilla and just minutes to get to the mountains. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

We rented this house for ...
We rented this house for a family gathering for five nights over the Christmas holiday. The house is very clean and comfortably-appointed. The kitchen, dining area and living room are all open, giving the area a spacious feeling. We had a problem with some plumbing, but the agent had it taken care of the next day (a hard thing to get accomplished on a Christmas weekend). The kitchen had everything you'd need for up to six people - pots, pans, plates utensils, cups, glasses and bowls. Our older parents said the beds were comfortable, and the walk in shower was very helpful for one of them. Our parents also commented that they felt safe in the house/neighborhood and was quiet. The laundry facilities worked well, as did the dishwasher, TV and DVD player. We would definitely have our families stay here again.

house. It was clean and nice and well appointed.
The pool was immaculate. Then, to top it off, I left
some valuable jewelry behind upon our departure.
The owner not only retrieved it, but coordinated
getting it back to me with a good degree of effort.
I've stayed in many VRBO's, but have never had such
personal attention.

My husband and I spent a week in this home and found it to be very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to restaurants and Walmart! Monica was helpful and we would definatly use her again should we need a rental in the future.
