This was a very quiet home with everything you would need. Very clean and tidy Bob was very helpful and explained everything that we needed to know. Wonderful new towels/linens Perfect location with great restaurants close to the home. We’ll be back.

We had a great stay at the historic cottage, we took a short walk every day to the end of the road to ,Acker Park ( scenic views ) great trails .

Great place. It was within walking distance of downtown. The house had plenty of space inside and out, and was very clean and well set up for visitors. I would stay here again any time.

My family and I have stayed at this cottage in the past. With our oldest son getting married in the Prescott area, it was again the perfect getaway for staging all of our activities. The property is conveniently located, super clean and the host is outstanding. We appreciate how easy it was to communicate with Bob and highly recommend this rental for your next visit to the Prescott Valley. 5 star rating all the way!

It was a very cute cottage and comfortable. The only drawback was the spider webs outside and on the patio. Would have really enjoyed setting outside, just too many cobwebs. Would have been good to have listed the property as a 2story with all bedrooms upstairs. Husband has a bad knee the steps were a little challenging.

Cottage In the Woods
We stayed for a week and it was lovely. The cottage is walking distance to downtown Prescott and in the historical district. Very quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed!

Cozy home near downtown Prescott
The property was charming and well appointed. The house had many extra touches. The kitchen dining area was perfect for enjoying our family. Had a great outside patio exiting through French doors. Full bath met our needs. The second bedroom accommodated our two grown sons. We were 6 blocks from downtown. The stroll took us by some wonderful architectural homes. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating. Thank you for a great long weekend.

Easter Weekend Retreat
We enjoyed our stay in the Cottage in the Woods. The property is in town but it feels very secluded. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. You are close to hiking, biking trails, grocery stores, and restaurants but it’s hard to want to leave the cottage because it is such a great place to relax and enjoy family. We loved our stay and would love to return.

Nice place
Great place to stay overall. We did have a few minor issues with cleanliness. The unit is supposed to be pet free but we found animal hair on a blanket and the living room. The outdoor furniture and patio area were not clean prior to our arrival and very dusty. The owner was very nice and I trust these minor housekeeping items will be addressed and we would gladly stay here again.

Great property!
The cottage is cute, private, and clean. My family of 5 fit perfectly. Checkin and out was easy. Short drive to downtown for eats and shopping. Bob was friendly and gave great suggestions of places to check out.

Prescott Getaway
Up from Phoenix for the weekend, my wife and I stayed at this very cute cottage. Perfect set-up for an extended stay within walking distance of town. Great location, comfortable beds and furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and the Joyner's are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend this property for your next visit to Prescott, AZ!!!
