Host canceled on my group of 10 women the day of check-in, claiming the AC broke. They did not accept our request to stay at the property without AC. After an entire day spent trying to find an alternative accommodation with VRBO, this property was listed again at twice the price, but they would not honor our booking we made over a year prior. I’m incredibly disappointed as it ruined my sister’s bachelorette trip, caused so much stress, and left 10 women traveling to SD in a very unsafe and vulnerable situation with nowhere to sleep. Would absolutely not recommend this host or this property!

Great house! Perfect for our family of 15, room for everyone! Close to beach, restaurants and sea world. Parking was right by place — so nice!

Casey was a great host and we loved our stay in her house on Mission Beach. The home is steps from the water and multiple restaurants and bars. It's well stocked and perfectly setup for families or large groups of friends.

This place was perfect for 10 of us to stay for a bachelorette party! It was nice that we all had our own space to sleep and get ready at and then to have one of the larger units as a gathering place for all of us. The inside is newly renovated and very clean and well maintained! The host was fantastic and answered all questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed! Great location-walking distance to many bars and restaurants and of course the beach!

We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The property was clean inside. It met our needs even though it didn’t seem quite as big as the pictures make it look. We spent most of our time outside anyway.

We had 6 adults and 7 children gathering in San Diego hoping for a great beach vacation close to good restaurants, the beach, and San Diego attractions. This was a perfect spot ! Just a few steps from the beach, and 2 blocks from the bay so options for ocean waves or a more calm quiet beach play. Included in this property is everything you need for a beach bum day (shades, chairs, beach toys ,beach towels). We had an infant and toddler in our group and there was a foldable crib, baby bath, kids utenils/plate/cup and highchair in each unit - so handy! Plenty of dishes and basic cooking supplies - including coffee maker with filters, coffee, and creamer. Great communication with the host and very prompt service and help on a leaky sink (fixed and working great!). This was perfect space for each family to have their own area for their family but also a gathering space for all. Not a huge dining area but we made it work. And great restaurants, coffee shop (Olive U is a must try!) within walking distance as options as well. Thank you for the amazing family vacation!
