Super clean condo, amazing people to work with!!! Very quick to respond to any questions! We will definitely stay again!!!!!

The villa was plenty big and provided pretty much everything we needed the only issue was some of the dishes and pans we put away dirty and the floor probably could have been mopped. The host was super nice and very helpful with some issues we had. It was a bit disappointing that we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to get to the water. But overall we had a good time.

Love how close we were to the community pool. It was a great place to stay with kids and family!

This property was well stocked. We appreciated the extra linens, pillows, blankets, towels, noodles, and roll-a-way bed. The house is sort of an octagon shape with a cool tree house vibe. It was clean and comfortable, and we loved being almost next door to the pool. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything was described. A lot of stairs to get to lake.

I recently stayed with my 4 year old old, husband and parents. The villa was the perfect size for everyone to be comfortable and have lots of space. My son loves the community pool and we spent most of our time there. It was close to lots of attractions and a great part of the ozarks. We all loved the stay.

The place was well cared for and clean. Our host Greg was always quick to reply and very accommodating. The location was perfect for what we needed with plenty of access by car to anything you could need. We had a great time!

Overall this property was great. Unique tree house kind of shaped house at lake shore was a different kind of experience. The house was literally full of all kind of amenities, utensils, and supplies one could ever need during vacation. Really appreciate your arrangements & detailing. Big thanks for that! Just a friendly request to host - May be Ozark is your hometown, so you're familiar with how life is all about in a dark lake town, but for someone who's coming from other cities/countries, it could be lil scary. Neighborhood was total dark in night with no streetlights at all, no friendly house number marking in deep forest-like area with animal sounds here & there & steep sloppy roads etc. For someone totally unfamiliar with how a lake town works in night, reaching your superb-maintained house could be scary. The people familiar with the place with have no problem at all. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you soooooooo much dear host for managing this property so great, providing every possible thing I could need and keeping this home so beautifully maintained. I loved it, and will surely recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

My family and I stayed here for the Labor Day weekend and we had a great time! The place was clean with a good location and everything that we needed. I recommend this place!

This house had everything you need! The house has a spacious, open design. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Great location near the pool and a short distance to the dock for / fishing at the lake. The house was very well stocked. We've stayed in many rentals but nine as stocked as this place- pool toys, beach towels, kitchen items, shampoos, soap- everything you need, just bring food and you're s set for a great time!! The area was quiet and very family oriented- no loud parties or rowdiness. We had a wonderful time!!

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed! Very clean, comfortable beds, organized for all our needs! Owners were very quick to answer questions. Only downfall is lots of steps but that was no problem for us!

The home was wonderful and had everything we needed for the house, pool, and going out on the boats. Overall the rental was great! Only downfall is the significant amount of stairs to get to the water. A golf cart to get down to the water would make the place absolutely perfect.

We really felt as if we were in a treehouse. It was so cool. We had more than enough room for our family of four. I do not like for us to go out for every meal and the pots/pans provided were perfect. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. We enjoyed the pool and the lake during our trip and were very happy with the proximity to site seeing, shopping and dining. A great home away from home and we would return in a heartbeat.

we enjoyed our stay at the villa, with the exception of the many stair steps to get to the front door. at the age of 80 with bad knees it was difficult.

Gregg was extremely easy to work with, and very accommodating! From start to finish, everything was exactly as expected with our stay. The villa was perfect for our needs, very clean, comfortable and contained all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for taking such great care of us!! (:
