We loved the stay at this beautifully restored home! Plenty of space and lots of fun thkngs for the kids to do. Loved every minute!

We absolutely loved our stay here. 7 of us stayed for the weekend and it was perfect. The house is huge and there were more than enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. everything we had planned was on the main strip, which was only a 10 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting hot springs.

Very roomy for 9 adults. Everyone had space and it didn't feel like a tight fit in any way. The outside area afforded several sitting areas for sitting, visiting and/or cooking out. The bed was very comfy. The inside temperature was consistent. Very clean. Quality linens and towels. Couldn't have ask for more. Very satisfied!

We loved the property. There was lots of room for all nine of us. Beautiful home with updated appliances. Very nice outside area. Close to downtown area. Would recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect!! It was so charming and cozy! We all felt like we were right at home!! It was within walking distance of the downtown area, and Monica made everything simple and efficient!! We are already making plans to come back ❤️

We will be staying again. Parking garage for Bathouse Row is 3 minute drive or 8 minute walk. HUGE house, beautiful yard and fully accommodated.

This house has was immaculate but also cozy. The lamps / some lights were on when we arrived and we immediately noticed this touch. A couple of other things - the bedding and towels were soft and comfy. Not all VRBO’s use nice linens! The hot tub was a great extra - we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pits but we wished we had. The location was perfect for us because we prefer to walk and we walked to and from the downtown area each day. It’s a short walk and I’d like to note we walked at night and felt very comfortable doing so. Can’t say enough good things about the owners and the home. We enjoyed the history of the home and reading more about that in the book left by the owners as well. Would recommend this place with lots of character and charm to anyone.
