Owners were very nice. We found a bees nest and they came over quickly to take care of them for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was great. It is a bit far from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore, so driving was complicated but overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed the house!

Everything about this house was perfect for our family get-together. There was plenty of space for everyone. The common areas were great for allowing everyone to comfortably be together. We also liked that there were common areas both upstairs and downstairs, to give different groups their own space. The back decks and yard were great for both humans and four-legged friends. The location was close enough to easily get anywhere in the AVL area. The only downside was that the road in front of it was a little busy/noisy during the day, mostly because of some nearby construction. Overall, a wonderful place that we highly recommend!

We love the house because of it’s two separate living areas, upstairs and downstairs, which worked perfect for our extended family stay. The house is clean, new, and perfectly appointed: not too much, not too little. And the parking in the front of the house was really appreciate it, because it gave room for one of our family members to park their small camper. We would definitely stay at this property again on our next visit to Asheville, and highly recommend the house and the host if you were traveling up to the mountains

House was centrally located to all the Asheville has to offer. Very clean with more than enough space for our family of 5 which included a teenager & 2 adult children. Trace was awesome and quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. Would definitely look to book here again if in the area.

Honestly this was one of the nicest vrbo’s I’ve ever stayed in, It was actually nicer than the pictures made it seem which is so rare, You also never know what you’re going to get when its a dog friendly place. Pristine, so clean. Had everything we needed to make our breakfast and late night snacks after our day at the breweries. Location was great. 15 min or less to downtown. Relatively easy to get an Uber. I would stay here again.

Booked this property for a work trip. Unfortunately had to cut down attendance due to Covid, but those who made the trip loved it.

My family spent a long weekend with our dog. The house is surprisingly larger than it looks and we really enjoyed the movie room and all the large beds. The house was also very clean! We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. We had two dogs and home is on a busy street but there is a small neighborhood you can go for a walk.

Place was easy to find but is on a busy street, convenient to shops, restaurants and night life. We arrived to a spotlessly clean house with comfortable and new furnishings. House is brand new, with great lighting, and still has that “new house” smell. Bed was very comfortable with quality bed linens. The downstairs theater room was great and cozy! Plenty of seating both inside and outside. The owner supplied all the necessities and even had individually wrapped makeup remover wipes which was a very nice touch! The check-in process was a breeze and communicating with the owner was effortless and prompt. We would definitely stay here again ! Plus our dog Charlie loved it and gives it 2 paws up! 🐾

The traffic on the road is the only negative. Great back deck & fire pit but we were unable to enjoy due to the rain. Comfy beds & nice decor. Owner was wonderful

The house is new and very clean. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 baths. There was nice shared space inside, several outdoor decks and a fire pit. The location was accessible to downtown. We appreciated the little touches like toiletries and coffee to get us started on day 1. It was a lovely place and we will stay here again.
