This is a great cabin to relax and enjoy a friends weekend!

This was our first time staying at this cabin. We absolutely loved it!! Great location, clean, super place for multiple families to enjoy time together!!

the Cabin was excellent, great location closed to Gatlinburg. the movie room was great the kids love to be there. the customer service was great fast response. we asked for an extra night and they replied right away. thank you so much we love the home.

The cabin is Cousy, that have plenty of room. But they need to get more attention on the cleanness. Was a lot of dust in the bedrooms. Some of the bed were smelly. I found a bed sheet on the closet floor. One of the bathtub shower head can’t not stay on the thing. No batteries on the remote in the master bedroom. But overall was a nice area with some details have a big potential for 5 start.

Everything was good

We selected this cabin because it was listed King sized beds in 3 of the 5 bedrooms. We were disappointed to find that there were only 2 King beds. The lower level bedroom had a lot of humidity that was visible on the walls and on the ceiling. The bed was damp throughout the entire stay making it very uncomfortable for the couple staying in this room.

Enjoyed the cabin and fresh air immensely. Everyone had their own bathroom. This is important when everyone is over 50! Jacuzzi was awesome out in the crisp air. Loved it

Needs, the floor not so slippery, 3 person fell. 2 landed in urgent.. Would not use that cabin again.

Great cabin, very spacious!! Everything was clean and communication was quick and easy! The kids loved the bunk bed room and the older adults liked having the bedroom in the basement so they could go to bed earlier and not worry about the noise level. Great location, it’s about 12-15 mins from the Gatlinburg strip. Highly recommend this cabin!

The house is nice, but there were some issues with cleanliness. Trash was dumped outside the house by the hot tub, the hot tub was only half full when we arrived, several blankets had red stains of something on them, the pull out couch had a red stain, several blanket were just wadded up and thrown in a closet, causing us to question if they were clean. I did attempt to message via the VRBO app message center to let someone know about the issues, however there was no response. I don't feel the property is a bad place, but the cleaning crew needs to be addressed about these issues. The house is spacious and once the hot tub was filled it was nice. The bedrooms are nice and beds slept well (the listing says 3 kings, however, there are only 2 kings and one bedroom has two queens/full; this worked out better for us actually but not how the listing is stated). The downstairs is fun for kids. The location was perfect for anyone attending an event at Rocky Top Sports center.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Only issues was the kitchen sink. Trying to wash the dishes we used we couldn’t do to the back up of the drain. I’m assuming It was a clogged drain or some. When using dish washer the water was coming up through sink. Other then that beds are wonderful, the set up is beautiful. Me and family will be returning. Thank you.

Whole family enjoyed the stay at this property. Got to see snow on arrival day. Plenty of room for everyone.

This cabin was perfect! Clean, well-decorated, loved the porches and the hot tub. Everything we needed was there.

The house was perfect! Perfect place for a large group.

I read a lot of reviews talking about the place being dirty. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There was trash on the floor downstairs. Otherwise it was OK. The gas grill was out of gas. Apparently you have to bring your own tank of gas with you. This is not stated in the amenities where it lists the grill. It's in the small print with your check in instructions. Nice location. The bedrooms were exactly what we needed. Wouldn't go back.

Overall we loved this cabin. Plenty room for our kids and grandkids. Great location. The owner was very timely in answering my questions leading up to our stay. Only a couple of things needed addressing. No front porch lights, tv in one bedroom never worked. We did report it and someone came out but never fixed the problem after saying they would be back.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay, the only reason why I gave it a 3 on overall cleanliness, I believe the cleaning crew should address the cobwebs outside in the balconies along with at least cleaning the grill, we used the grill and left clean at least better cleaned than the last family that was there, but again overall a very pleasant stay.

I was upset some of the past issues from past reviews had not been addressed. #1 front burner on stove not working, #2 Ice maker level was down for our entire stay, it didn't make any ice but b/c the owners had told other renters to buy ice we were prepared but that doesn't means it's ok. Now for things not mentioned in previous reviews: The frig does not cool very well, shower liners need to be changed out and bugs in the kitchen, living room and bedroom off from the kitchen. But for space it was very adequate.

Would definitely book again!

The cabin was exactly the right size for our extended family. It provided a great space for gathering. There were only a couple of burners on the stove that didn't work and we couldn't get all the TVs to work. The property manager was easy to reach and responded quickly. Had a great time!

It was poorly cleaned, trash was never taken from outside bins, uncleaned grills, dirty towels, hot tub water smelled, etc. Lovely area, but would not come back without better cleaning.

we had a great time, the place was excellent and spacious and we had great help from the manager. the cabin was close to where we needed to go but far enough out we weren't bothered by traffic. my only disappointment was the loud neighbors who woke us up at 6 am. We would definitely do this again.

For the future renters - bring along ice trays or bags of ice, has ice maker but doesn't work. Be aware of dozens of bumble bees hovering at front door and they were so bad, nobody could sit on deck rockers. They have burrow holes all throughout the cabin. The hot tub was supposed to be cleaned after each renter, but when we opened the top and put our feet in, long hair was floating all in it, had not been emptied from before. The kitchen has a good selection of cookware but most were put back away dirty. It was ok since we washed them all anyway before using. Hardly any knives. I think the cleaning crew need to clean better. The first morning, I had on a pair of brand new white socks, went downstairs to the kitchen to start the coffee, and the bottom of my socks looked like I had been outside. The time spent with my family at this cabin was great, but I wouldn't go back to this particular place.

We stayed at this cabin for a tournament that was at Rocky Top Sports World. This cabin was the perfect location! The cabin was clean and everyone had plenty of space. The kids (and adults!) enjoyed everything in the game room. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone really enjoyed it!
