Spacious & comfortable, but had several maintenance issues & host was T always quick to respond

To whom it may concern. From the first day we arrived at the house we had problems and nothing was ever fixed, first the code that was given to me to have access to the key box contained no key in it, then the guy who rented out in the back said something about an app to open the house. He opened the house, something that was not safe for us because that person had access to the house to enter. The house was not clean, it had problems with the pipes, the water took time to drain and the worst thing is that we never had hot water in the house to shower in and the jacuzzi did not heat up either. There were some broken windows and none of what I am saying was reported to me before entering the house. Vrbo promised that if the house was not what they told us, they were going to give us another house, but they didn't keep the promise and we communicated several times and they only gave us excuses and the owner of the house never answered his phone. I am very disappointed at the house because it was nothing like the pictures nor how the owner described how it would be.

This was a great location! We enjoyed the charm of the older house. We had everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving together. And we loved having the hot tub to relax in.

The home is old and it shows in many areas. Hard to see where upgrades have occurred as noted in the listing. I provided feedback on several items to owner of items that were not working properly. Renters need to request the property owner to adjust heat. No A/C. No curtains on windows except in master bedroom. Renters should also know that home is directly under flight path to SEA which is 10 minutes away.

A wonderfully big home perfect for our multigenerational family. We arrived the day before the winter freeze of Dec 2022. James was very thoughtful about raising the temp in the house so we were comfortable. Excellent communication with James all along. The house was even decorating for Christmas with a lighted tree and ornaments and wreath. Very welcoming. Would stay again.

Airplane noise was the only negative for some of our group because the house is located under the landing corridor if SEA is landing to the North and under the departure corridor if SEA is departing to the South.

The house was beautiful and a good size for my entire group of friends. The rooms were just the right size and the location was perfect. Not to far and not to close to the busy parts. The house has two bathrooms and one powder room downstairs and it has a jacuzzi to enjoy. I def recommend the area to anyone looking for a cozy place for a weekend with friends.
