Overall stay was great… future suggestions
Beach chairs would have been helpful. The pool chairs need custom cushions.
Guest book with more detail regarding check in & departure. We over cleaned & it wasn’t clear on what we could leave or remove from house

Place is great! It was clean upon arrival, the management company was good at communicating, and the furnishings/decor were on point!
A few recommendations to the host to enhance guest experience:
1. We didn’t feel that the heated pool worked well. This may need to be serviced.
2. Please put a floor mat at the back door so people can wipe off their feet when coming in the double door. Would help to prevent sand from getting in.
3. I assume it is policy, but it would be nice if unopened food items, spices, etc. could be kept for the next guests. Having to buy salt, pepper, oil, etc. for a three day stay is a bit wasteful.

Really nice condo for the price.
We really liked the way the condo was clean and in very good condition. The location was close to the dock and the walk off back deck made it easy to get to the boat. The price was really good too.

Great condo. We loved the view and the walk off deck to the docks. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Everything in the condo was in good condition and well taken care of. We are already planning our next trip to this condo.

Nice location. Needed overall good cleaning
Enjoyed our stay. Condo itself had a lot of room but carpet needed cleaning, coffee pot took an hour to brew, liners for showers were dirty, towels were stained,just needed overall good cleaning.

The location is great. Close to everything we do at the lake. The condo was clean and it had a large deck. Nicely furnished and plenty of room for everyone.

This is our favorite condo at the Ledges. Close to everything at the property. It is also close to boat rentals and activities. The condo is clean and well kept.

Good condo with perfect view
This condo is really close to the docks and walkway that goes to the pools and the swim beach. Great for families with kids. You can watch them from your deck while they fish from the docks. Good and clean too.

The view from the deck is beautiful. The condo is nicely furnished and clean. It has good TVs and DVD player and has everything needed for a long stay. We really liked the steps from the deck to the docks and pools and swim beach.

My favorite thing about the condo was the walk off deck. It was so easy to get to the pools, dock and swim beach. I will rent this condo again just because of the deck.

Enjoyed the stay.
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay at the lake. Well taken care of too. The deck was large and had lots of seating and the walk off deck was very nice.
