Our stay at this beautiful home was so wonderful. We gathered for a milestone birthday celebration and the house was perfect for cooking and communing around the gorgeous kitchen. The house offered amenities for all ages: elevator for the older set and pool and game room for the younger crew. The owners were super friendly and helpful, responding promptly to questions and even checking in to make sure we had everything we needed while there. We would definitely come back for another stay and highly recommend this house.

The perfect home for our fall family get together (14 of us)! We had planned to be in our new home in the area, but construction delays made that impossible. We felt SO blessed to have found this home to use instead. In fact, I think everyone was glad the delay to our home had happened! :-) From the moment we opened the door we knew it would be a great set up! The openness and furnishings of the first living floor were expansive, but still felt homey and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, 2 refrigerators were a big bonus for us as well! The elevator made for easy unloading of our luggage and groceries. All of the bedrooms had their own en suite baths and 4 were with king beds, allowing all of our adult children/spouses to be in a king room which we have found to be rare in vacation rentals. The grands LOVED the bunk room, kids room with old school NBA Jam, and the garage game room. The pool was the perfect temperature (we did have them heat) and was enjoyed by all. There were beach items available to use in the garage. The only slight negative was that there was construction on the properties at the beach making it a little harder to navigate to the beach path. However, construction is already in the later stages, so this is obviously just a temporary issue. It was a quick walk w/o having to cross any roads with the little ones. The beach is gorgeous and uncrowded. ALL of us rate this property as a 10++!

21 Holloman is a first class place. Lots of room, super clean, great communication with owners and house manager, and the perfect set-up for hanging by the pool and getting to the beach. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in North Forest Beach over the years and this is one of the best!

The pictures and descriptions were exactly as we found the home. It has a great layout and so much room! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen is amazing and equipped with everything anyone needs. There are too many extras to even list! We will definitely stay here on our next family trip to HIlton Head.

What an amazing house! We had 12 people in our party with half being adults and half teenagers. The house was immaculate and beautifully designed. The property manager was extremely attentive and the process of checking in and out was easy. As far as location is concerned, its hard to get much better unless you are directly on the ocean. It was an extremely short walk down to path to the beach and in a very private non busy area. We will surely be coming back again. Thanks for an amazing vacation.

Wow what an amazing new home. The layout is well thought out with an elevated pool. All high end finishes and it’s a close walk to the beach. Both the owner and the property manager communicated with me and the trip with four families was a great success. Will be repeat customers.

We just returned from a stay in this property with 14 family members, ranging in age from 10 to 80+. The property is new and modern, with many very thoughtful luxuries, including a chilled pool to keep the temperature comfortable, Sonos sound system inside and outside, allowing you to enjoy your music while socializing downstairs or by the pool, multiple Keurig coffee pots, 2 refrigerators in the kitchen (one in an adjacent butlers pantry), climate controlled “basement” game room, an elevator (very helpful for older guests….and for the rest of us unloading/loading our vehicles), an enormous garage - we parked 5 cars in the garage and still had plenty of space for the 11 bikes we rented, golf clubs, etc., high quality beach/pool gear, including a wagon, several Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella…..and more. The rental management company was amazing too. They met us upon arrival and gave us a tutorial on the home’s various amenities, and proactively checked in (via text) throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed. Proximity to the beach is closer than I suspected, and we could easily be on the beach in 2-3 minutes. Overall beautiful property and great week!

The house was amazing. Great location, large open floor plan with many amenities. We shared this house with 2 other families for a total of 14 people and had plenty of space and privacy when needed. We will definitely be back and will stay at this property again.

This spacious and well planned house is close to the beach. The property owner and local property manager were fantastic to work with. Large interior and exterior spaces worked great for multi-generational family get togethers. Bedrooms are secluded from common areas and private. House is well stocked with beach chairs/towels, linens, kitchen items, beach toys and has plenty of parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Pool gets plenty of sun, but pool deck also has a shady screened porch. Overall a great house!

Owners are excellent at answering any of your questions before you book. Beautiful new home walking distance from the beach. Everything in the house is brand new, the house was spotless. It had everything we needed to make our vacation an amazing one. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. After you are done with the beach there is a beautiful patio with a pool and screened in porch to relax. The property manager was lovely and met us after we unpacked, she is an excellent resource and very prompt to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We loved this home so much we plan on returning next year! The house has everything you need to make your next vacation a perfect one!

Our first time in HH, and the house was fantastic! Plenty of room and amenities for everyone to have their own space, close to the beach, and a wonderful pool.

We rented this beautiful home for our friends and family (aka “framily”). It was perfection in paradise! The owners truly thought of everything when building this brand new home. The modern farmhouse decor was inviting and stylish. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed when we wanted to cook and entertain for the evening… the huge island and large dinner table were perfect for the entire group! The private beach is just a short walk from the front door, and the kids played for hours in the heated pool and game rooms (yes, there are two!). The elevator made luggage loading a breeze, and the extra large enclosed garage was so nice for parking! The bright, beachy bedrooms were clean and everyone had their own spacious bathrooms. With so many people in the house, the two full sized refrigerators, walk-in pantry, and two laundry rooms came in handy. We highly recommend this cozy beach home to anyone looking to make wonderful memories with their loved ones; we plan to be back, hopefully many more times!

We enjoyed our stay! We traveled with 2 other family’s (6 kids). The home was well appointed. Being techy I appreciated the smart TVs with surround sound speakers, the Sonos system with zones out at the screened in porch and pool. WiFi was solid. The favorite spot was early morning reading out on the rocking chairs. We rollerbladed and biked on the bike path across the street. The beach was so close and wide! In the evenings we played cards, NBA Jam on the arcade and with shuffle board downstairs. Another nice touch was the pantry, we used the pantry for beer and hide away the loads of grocery items.

This home is so special. It is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the beach and spending time with family and friends . Each room is inviting and lovely. The house is spacious but still intimate. Everyone in the family had a favorite space from the game room to the pool. I personally loved the coffee bar and sitting room for a private moment. We are already recommending this rental and plan to return for a longer stay. We can’t wait!!

The house was easy to find. The owners were very friendly and quick in their response to questions. The house is AMAZING!!! It was so clean, stocked with EVERY kitchen necessity needed. They provided little bags with natural ingredients for your hair and body…loved the lotion! Every bedroom was very comfortable and spacious and had its own bathroom. The little coffee bar area is so inviting. I sat out on the covered porch that faced the ocean…peaceful. The pool area and gathering space outside was so nice and efficient to the rest of the house. They had beach chairs for us and the walk to the beach was about 2-3 min. Definitely would stay again. What a beautiful vacation home.
