Family with two young kids needed a place to stay for a night and this house was perfect. Clean, easy check-in and check-out, great location!

Matt is an awesome and helpful host. The property is clean and perfect for a larger group. We had 10 people and ample space. The rooftop is wonderful. Location was great. We will return!

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. The accommodations were clean and spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Matt responded quickly to all my questions about parking and the neighborhood. The rooftop deck was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sun come up over a cup of coffee. I would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a great time celebrating my 50th here. Walkable to several restaurants on South St. Plenty of room for the 10 of us! The rooftop is phenomenal!!

For the price, this place was amazing. Bathrooms are gorgeous, mattresses not so much, but fine. Biggest problem was 1 key and no number pad o the door. I have never had that before and with 4 staffers with different hours, it was really hard to move the key from the person who left last to the one who was home first. Definitely took away some flexibility.

The property is lovely, clean and had lots of space for a big family with varying ages. Great location with a beautiful city view!

My only disappointment is that we only stayed one night in Matthew’s townhouse. The property was everything we had hoped for, immaculately maintained, with every modern convenience one could hope for. It is a spacious home on four floors with an outdoor roof deck that has a nice view of the city and is a nice spot to relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. Matthew is a great host. It never took more than 10 minutes to respond to a text.

Matt was a wonderful host. Immediately responding to our questions. A beautiful home, with tons of space, outdoor rooftop amazing! Highly recommend. Thank you for our easy and comfortable stay as we attended UArts graduation!

The host Matthew was super easy and quick to communicate with. This home was spotless and had pretty much all you needed for a great visit. Plenty of comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms, lots of cooking supplies, linens and located in a very safe and convenient area. We left our cars in a lot 5 minutes away and walked everywhere. The rooftop deck was an added bonus on such a beautiful weekend. I highly recommend!

We had a great time here. Plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing and watching sports.

The property was wonderfully maintained and tastefully furnished. Our group of friends had a wonderful time at the house with plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy. The host was phenomenal and responded rapidly to any requests or questions, and much attention and care was clearly given to providing guests with a wonderful stay. The location is perfectly situated to access multiple neighborhoods, attractions, restaurants, etc. We did not have too terrible a time finding parking, just be prepared to walk a few blocks and keep an eye on those parking signs. Once again, everyone had a wonderful time staying at this property and would definitely stay again for the next Philly reunion.

Matt's place was the perfect spot for our big group to stay. Matt was easy to communicate with, answered all of my questions quickly, and gave us great guidance for our stay. There were 8 of us and more than enough room to sleep and spread out. The views from the roof deck were stunning and the walk to center city was short. There's a lot close by for parking so you don't have to circle the block a million times. Our group already discussed that Matt's spot will be our go to for all of our future girls' nights out in the city!

We had a wonderful stay! Matt was extremely helpful and communicative. The property was beautiful and clean. The two TVs were fun! Great location near many of the best things in Philly (south street restaurants and nightlife, broad street theaters).

Our group really enjoyed our 3 and a half days in Philly. The location of our townhouse was absolutely perfect! We walked everyplace we wanted to go. The only negative was there is no on street parking. There was a great lot one and a half blocks away that was only $20 per day. It was a great convenience and very fairly priced!

This property was big and in a great location! The view from the rooftop terrace was exceptional. There is ample space for 8 but only 3 bedrooms not 4 - one of the bedrooms has 2 queen beds so kids shared a room
