Had a wonderful time with my son from Maryland and his family together with my daughter and sister from Texas. My granddaughter who lives in Germany also joined us. All had a fabulous time and want to return! This property has all the convenience of home. We did a lot of cooking and outdoor activities. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood.

The location of this house was perfect! It was close to town, Rocky Mountain Park, the River, & restaurants. The house was very comfortable and roomy and well stocked. We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

we are a group of 8 friends. We were visiting Colorado and were glad to find such a beautiful, well-furnished, well-maintained, meticulously arranged, invitingly decorated home. The house has very comfortable 4 bedrooms with BR. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the family area with all sorts of games, cards etc. They have a great selection of movies, books, etc. We enjoyed ping pong too. The decor is very inviting. We felt welcome as soon as we entered the home. There is ample space to sit outside on the verandah. The sound of the river flowing nearby is enchanting and kept us outdoors during the daylight. Ample parking space. The house is located in a great neighborhood. Friendly neighbors -- met them in the morning!! We all loved the place so much, we will return next time for a longer duration. Ms. Tamara was very positive, optimistic and friendly. She reached out from day one. She was always willing to help. Highly recommend this gem!!

This place is fantastic! Probably the most well appointed rental we’ve ever encountered. The artwork, decoration and furniture are so well done. So nice. So comfortable. The location was perfect for us - a little away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but so convenient to everything we wanted to do. This is not your average Vrbo. No, this pace is special. And Tamara was so very accommodating, above and beyond. If you can stay here at Aspen Brook, you should.

Loved staying at this home, so well equipped every detail has been thought of. Great family entertainment in this home. Movies,games, and outdoor equipment. River is right there!

Wonderful, spacious home for 5 adults and 2 small children. Best equipped home we’ve ever rented. Tamara was the perfect house manager, making sure we had everything we needed, offering suggestions for kid’s activities, places to grocery shop, etc.

We stayed in this beautiful home last year and could not wait to come back. It is absolutely the best home for making family memories. It has absolutely everything you need for cooking, playing games, and outdoor activities. Also the most amazing fire pit area which we made s’mores a couple of nights. Our young Grandchildren loved watching the deer, elk and bunnies in the yard outside the house. They also loved the playground, we would walk down to every day and they would play, then we would all walk down to the beautiful river and sit on the swing and watch the River. The house feels like we were in the mountains, but was so close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, downtown Estes Park….it just had everything!!!! We already are looking forward to going back. Tamara was the best to communicate with us and we got to met her and she is just the nicest person….thank you, Tamara, for all the personal touches you put in this house that made our stay so special. We will hold so many beautiful memories forever….until next year!!!

This property was great, very modern, clean, awesome scenic location, but close to lots of activity. So good to have bathrooms for each bedroom. Lots of great amenities, worked great for our family, including 2 young children. One morning had an elk eating right under the deck, such a fun experience, would love to stay here again, host very gracious and helpful.

This property was amazing! We enjoyed family time with games. ping pong and roasting marshmallows. Plenty of room to spread out and loved hearing the sound of the river.

What an absolutely perfect home! Everything was very clean, beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The location is close enough to town for convenience but also has that "in the mountains" feel. We couldn't have asked for more! And Tamara was always helpful. Thank you for a great stay!!

This home has it all! It is quiet and peaceful, yet close to town and the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance; therefore, there is access to all kinds of activities. The home itself is spacious and lacks for nothing. The kitchen is well appointed and we had lovely family meals. We traveled over spring break and had snow, which was beautiful to us Texans! We would love to visit in the summer when it is a whole other kind of beautiful.

We made lots of great memories for our Christmas holiday in this home. The home met and exceeded our expectations, we made Christmas dinner and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The host was communicative and very gracious to let us use her sleds to take our girls out in the snow. The property is very well maintained and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The home is in a community of similar homes just outside RMNP. The home has everything you’ll need as far as kitchen appliances and is very well appointed. The home is also close to town and some fun local shops and pubs.

We stayed Sept 18-25. This house had everything we needed and easy location to RMNP and Estes. This was our first stay at Aspen Brook, but won't be our last.

We loved our stay at Riverview and can’t wait to come back next year. The house was so clean and comfortable. They thought if every little detail. Beautiful location and we saw Elk every day! Close to town and the market which was so nice.

The whole process was perfect. The home was a beautiful lodge home. great location. Well stocked kitchen with every kitchen tool imaginable with beautiful dishes and hand painted wine glasses.

This home was amazing! It had everything we needed during our stay there. The kitchen was fully stocked, as well as the bathrooms. The views from the house were also incredible! I would recommend this house to anyone with a small or large family! The house owners were also very easy to deal with & made sure we had everything we needed!
