Overall, this was a very cute place to stay. The renovation was lovely and there were some nice touches such as very luxurious bedding. It also had new windows so it was quiet. It was very centrally located, so that was important. The kitchen was well-stocked and met our needs very well. The one downside was that the neighborhood was not great. Obviously the owners can't really change that, but just realize that it isn't in the nicest part of Omaha.

The house itself was fantastic! Everything was clean and functional, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s furnished and decorated really nicely and also well-stocked. The host was super responsive and friendly. Before booking this place you should know that it’s close to some nice neighborhoods, but the immediate neighborhood it’s in isn’t very nice. Also, the next door neighbors are college-aged guys who like to have loud parties. Overall, 2 stars for location, 5 stars for the house itself.

House was exactly as advertised and very clean with all necessary amenities. Host was super and communicative. We were in town for the CWS and would definitely stay again.

The location of the house is perfect! Right between Blackstone and Downtown Omaha. I stayed there with 2 girlfriends for a weekend girls trip. House was clean, easy access, and super cute decor. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and a mirror so we all had our own space to get ready each day. Would stay there again!

It was the perfect size for our party of 4. We each had our own bed and loved the charm of the house.

This visit changed our outlook on staying in hotels!! The house was great! We were able to have a place to stay that felt like home and comfortable for all. The kitchen was stocked with just enough essentials to cook like a family too. There was even a park within walking distance... if the weather would have cooperated. Thanks for a relaxing stay!!

We loved our stay at the Draper Inn! The house was perfect for 4 of us for several nights. With an active graduation weekend, we wanted the ease of a house where we could hang out with family, rather than a hotel. The house was immaculate and comfortable, with lovely decorating and attention to detail. This is an older home and the owners have done a great job in making it welcoming. Tahnee was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay for a few nights.

Place is cozy, well supplied and very good for what we needed. Thanks for everything and we will be back next time we’re in Omaha!!

Property was clean, had plenty of room and then some for 4 adults, and the location was absolutely perfect. Close to downtown and midtown, and easy to get to.

We were in town for a powerlifting meet. The Draper Inn was close to where we’re competing and was a great place to stay in. Plenty of room for all to enjoy their stay. All amenities shown are present and work great. Communication with owner was easy and simple. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at The Draper Inn. The home was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed i.e. iron and ironing board, coffee creamer, extra blankets, etc. Our short stay was great for 5 adults and would really recommend this rental to others!

We stayed at this wonderful home during a tournament in Omaha. This property is very easy to get to, the check in process was very simple and easy and the property owners are very responsive if you have any questions. We did cook meals during our stay and the kitchen is stocked with a nice selection of cookware and bakeware. This is a great location only about 10 minutes from the CHI event center and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Omaha and this house was centrally located to our destinations! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our weekend stay including a great washer and dryer! We did a lot of activities near Creighton University and it was very close. Would highly recommend this house for a family!

The property was not lit up for us. As we were coming after 4pm and in Nebraska it’s dark @5:30…… steps need repair work. But other than that our stay was awesome!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! The bathroom upstairs with all the bedrooms was nice so we could get ready together. Also, each room has a mirror. This helped with getting ready also. The house is close to downtown, midtown and Blackstone areas which was great for going out. The host answered all my questions promptly and was very easy to work with!

This home has all the charm of your grandmothers house with clean and updated furnishings. The neighborhood appears to be a mostly rental property area however, all was quiet with coffee and restaurant near by. Lyft/Uber transportation reasonably pricing to get to downtown. Owners were helpful and responsive.

My family (3 adults and 2 children) stayed at Tahnee's place for 6 nights. We arrived pretty late on check-in day and the details of check-in were so clear that it was so easy to get settled after a long travel day with a 5 & 6 year old. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and the heating and cooling worked very well. There is no bathroom on the first floor, which I didn't realize, but my kids got a kick out of going down to the basement to use the restroom when needed. The house was spectacularly clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well appointed. And the location was fabulous for exploring all aspects of the city and suburban areas. Communication with Tahnee was wonderful. She was very quick to respond to anything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice house. Location was great. Neighbors had a very noisy party Saturday night (left trash in yard). Didn’t know about all the stairs - I’m 73 & have bad knees - thought the house was one level until we arrived. But outside of the stairs, we really liked the place.- from 23 year old to 73 year old.

This property is very close to quite a few attractions, such as the zoo, Creighton, etc. The house was sufficient for what we needed.

This home was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and conveniently located as our daughter moved into her dorm room at Creighton. Everything worked well so we didn’t need to contact the home owners during our stay. However, their communication about check-in was perfect. We’ll be staying here again.

The Draper Inn was a great choice. Location was perfect in Midtown. AJ and Tahnee did a fantastic job updating this home and setting it up for visitors. The amenities were spot on (really appreciated the coffee pods and creamers for the morning!); beds were so comfortable; everything was very clean; pictures on VRBO are true to reality; quiet neighborhood; AC worked great; Tahnee was very promptly responsive with any questions I had; easy to get in and out with the electronic punch code system. Was in town for a wedding and 3 of us old high school friends loved staying here and just hanging out! This was an adorable gem to stay in and we really appreciated the details!
