said booking.com had a bunch of problems and couldn’t provide me for the room I wanted or the view I wanted.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great!! We ate in the Sports Bar and breakfast in the little restaurant in lobby. Facility clean.

Facility dated. Ventilation not very good so the smell of cigarette smoke was strong as soon as you walked in.

Make sure stuff is clean. The spra wasn’t very clean there was was stuff on the ledge where someone threw up and it wasn’t clean up. But the manager did take care of use when we checked out. I did take pictures of the stuff.

The entire facility smelled of cigarette smoke. It was a lovely hotel but I would not stay there again. There was even a very strong odor in our room the next morning.

Breakfast was good. There was limited options for dinner. Was disappointed at the lack of table games offered. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was good.

There could be more options for dining. We were disappointed in the lack of table games offered. Also, while playing machines or at the card tables I think drinks should be comped. I definitely would like to see a better variety of card games at the tables.

Check in was 4:00, we checked in at 5:00 was told another hour before room was ready. Drove along way and was very disappointed. Casino was extremely dirty.

limited hours/access to dining onsite. we couldn’t even find a seat in either restaurant and had to go offsite to find a place to eat.

Dirty. Whole place smells like an ashtray. No housekeeping. Incredibly expensive for what it is.
