A large group of us came to stay here for a fun family trip (7 adults and 3 kids). We loved it! It was so clean and pretty. There are so many places to gather outside and on porches. The lake access was perfect. The kitchen is huge and awesome. There’s even an extra fridge on a side porch which we needed for the number of folks coming. A few (minor) things we noted were the mattresses were a little tough and there wasn’t a good large kitchen knife for meal prep. Overall we LOVED it and felt like the accommodations were fabulous.

We comfortably accommodated 12 people. For a family with a boat, it was perfect.

This is our 8th year in row renting a house a Dandridge. We have a rented a different house each year. We have been looking for the “one,” and finally found it. There was a minor issue with receiving the door code online, but a quick call to the rental company and it was quickly resolved. The house was spotless when we arrived. The online pictures didn’t do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised just how open the house was. We had all our kids and grandchildren, 11 people total and it was perfect for our group. The kitchen was great! Modern and well stocked, we cooked most meals in and had everything we needed. The outside was even better with easy access to the lake and two docks. Being at the park be of the cove it was quiet and there was very little boat traffic. 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to go back!!

Nice house, great location, & very clean. The spare bedrooms were pretty hot at night during our stay but tolerable with the ceiling fans on high
